There was more to my Mother’s Day gift roundup photo session than you saw yesterday! For one thing, we started taking photos in a different location than the one we wound up using. But it just wasn’t working. (You may see why in Sunday’s outtakes.)

So that’s how we wound up in this quieter section of the front yard.

The only problem was I was a little distracted! My human was having a hard time getting my attention to pose.

You probably figured he’d show up. The funny thing is…we didn’t! My human was careful to sneak me out front in hopes that he wouldn’t know. He’s usually in the back when we see him.

But he showed up pretty quickly! My human suspected he had been watching us for a while before he let us know he was there.

He only interrupted the photo session for a few moments. Then he waited until we were done before visiting some more. For a cat that grew up outside, he is pretty polite.
