Magma Admiral is a Mythic unit obtainable from the Standard banner and the Rate-Up banner. To access both gachas, head to the Summon zone and speak to the Angel NPC at the back of the hub.

Due to its rarity, the Magma Admiral has a 1% drop rate in both the Standard and Rate-Up banners. A single summon in the Standard banner requires 50 Gems, while the 10x summon costs 500 Gems. Do note that Magma Admiral will only be obtainable if it is featured in this banner.
