The Miz is set to play important part in 5 WWE weddings and sends emotional message
The Miz will be officiating five weddings in Las Vegas for lucky WWE fans at Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel before WrestleMania 42. With celebrations ahead, Miz took some time to turn back the clock and reminisce about his 2014 wedding.
Miz posted on social media about some of the happiest days of his life. To watch his wife, Maryse, walk down the aisle, then say their vows, and share a lovely moment that changed everything. That day (February 20, 2014) gave Miz a love that has lasted 12 years and is growing stronger. The A-Lister will now be a huge part of letting five couples experience it while he is on the officiant side.
Thanks for the submission!
“Tomorrow, I get to officiate five WrestleMania weddings. Takes me back to one of the happiest days of my life, watching my wife walk down the aisle, saying our vows, sharing a moment that changed everything. That day gave me a love that’s lasted 12 years & counting. Now I get to be part of that moment for 5 couples,” wrote The Miz.
Miz will officiate this WWEddings on Thursday. Then on Friday, he will be on SmackDown in Las Vegas. His WrestleMania 42 schedule has not been announced, but it is likely he will be there in some capacity.
The Miz and Danhausen recreated the iconic Shawn Michaels and Melina spot
Danhausen made his WWE in-ring debut on the last SmackDown. There, he faced Kit Wilson and even came out on top. However, in this match, The Miz was by the ringside, causing distractions. At one point, Miz was looking at the San Jose crowd, teasing them and asserting Kit’s supremacy.
That’s when Danhausen slid through the bottom rope and stood beside Miz. He kept his hand over the A-Lister’s shoulders and smiled. Miz also encouraged without looking at him, and thought it was Wilson. However, when The Miz saw him, he moved away. This exact moment was done by Shawn Michaels and Melina in 2006.
