Hades’ Soul-Scythe is a new fishing rod in Fisch that was introduced via the Wrath of Olympus update on April 11, 2026. Its appearance is similar to a glowing emerald scythe with a twin curved blade, wrapped handle, and swirling green energy particles.

To obtain the Hades’ Soul-Scythe, you have to first complete the first four layers of the Wrath of Olympus area and reach Hades’ Underworld of Indefinite. Once reached, you must complete the Bestiary of this layer along with the quests offered by three different NPCs. Next, by finding the rod inside the dark cave, you can purchase it for 25,000,000 C$.

Step 1: Reach the Wrath of Olympus and complete its first four layers

Wrath of Olympus is a new location at Grand Reef that’s attached to Atlantis. To access this area, you must follow these steps:

  • At the shores of Moosewood Village, spawn a boat and head towards the southeast direction until you reach the Grand Reef.
  • Next, reach the top of the island, which possesses the Bubble Mermaid NPC.
  • Jump into the circular entrance to reach the Wrath of Olympus.

After spawning in, you can start completing the Bestiaries, activities, and quests of these four layers to reach Hades’ Underworld of Indefinite:

Step 2: Unlock the gate

Opposite to the seal of Hades’ Underworld of Indefinite, you’ll find a portcullis gate that you must unlock to access the rod cave. To achieve this, you have to offer Wisps to the guard statues. Here’s how you can do this:

Offer 100 Wisps

At the right side of the gate, you’ll find a statue having a crack on its chest that’s glowing yellow. You have to offer 100 Wisps to this statue.

To obtain Wisps, you must fish at the Wisp Haunt pools that spawn at regular intervals.

Offer 25 Dark Wisps

At the other side of the door, you’ll find another statue requiring 25 Dark Wisps. To obtain Dark Wisps, you must fish at the Soul Pools that can be spawned by sacrificing Wisps at the Tomb.

You can also offer three Wisps to uncover the location of Soul Pools.

Step 3: Find and purchase the rod

Once the cave’s entrance is unlocked, you have to purchase the Styx Lantern from Spirit Guide NPC by spending 25 Wisps. This will help you navigate inside the dark cave and reach the rod easily.

By walking straight into the cave, you can find Hades’ Soul-Scythe and purchase it for 25,000,000 C$.
