The Prom Project is back, helping Toronto high school students find the perfect dress, suit and accessory for their big night, thanks to thousands of donations across the city.

Now in its fourth year, the program provides free new and gently used formal wear and is made possible by the Children’s Breakfast Clubs. And this year, Prom Project has expanded to two locations.

CBC photographer Evan Mitsui visited the event in Scarborough on Tuesday, with the second Prom Project happening at Yorkgate Mall from noon until 6 p.m. ET on Thursday.
