How to get the Artificial Heart in Resident Evil Requiem

You can find the Artificial Heart in Resident Evil Requiem just behind the door with the red handle on the Ground Floor of the West Wing. However, do note that as soon as you interact with the door, the red handle will break, prompting you to look for something else to unlock the door.

Here’s everything you need to enter the room and collect the Artificial Heart:

• West Wing Access Keycard
• Lv. 1 ID Wristband
• Wrench

Use your Lv. 1 ID Wristband to go past the locked metal gate ahead of the kitchen’s door in the West Wing. Afterward, enter the white door on your left. Inside the room, you will find a Wrench by the Save Point typewriter on the table. Grab the Wrench and return to the door with the red handle to open it and obtain the Artificial Heart.

How to get the Artificial Lungs in Resident Evil Requiem

You can find the Artificial Lungs required to complete the mission inside the Organ Transport Box, located within the Garage on the Ground Floor of the West Wing in Rhodes Hill Care Center.

Similar to the previous item, you will need the following items to grab the Artificial Lungs:

• West Wing Access Keycard
• Lv. 1 ID Wristband
• Organ Transport Box Manual

Instead of entering the white door where you found the Wrench, enter the blue door this time around. Then go straight inside and turn right. Here you will find the Organ Transport Box holding the Artificial Lungs on the back of the truck.

However, do note that you will require the Organ Transport Box Manual to open the Organ Transport Box. You can find it inside the Leather Notebook that you obtain from the Sun Quartz safe.

How to use Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs in Resident Evil Requiem

Once you have found both the Artificial Heart and Artificial Lungs, head over to the Examination Room on the Ground Floor of the East Wing of Rhodes Hill Care Center. Do note that you will require the East Wing Access Keycard to go there.

Upon arriving at the location, simply interact with the dead body to insert both artificial organs inside. This will bring the person back to life. Now you must kill them to get access to the Lv. 2 ID Wristband, which is necessary to complete the mission.
