Police are searching for a 32-year-old woman who was last seen in Thompson on Friday.
Crystal Bighetty, 32, was last seen by her common-law partner in the northern Manitoba city that afternoon, RCMP said in a news release Monday. She was reported missing Saturday evening, police said.
Police said officers have reached out to people in Thompson, Nelson House, Lynn Lake and Leaf Rapids who know Bighetty but haven’t been able to find her.
She is described as about five feet one inch tall, about 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, the release said.
Police asked anyone who knows where Bighetty is to call the Thompson RCMP detachment at 204-677-6911. Anonymous tips can be sent to Manitoba Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or www.manitobacrimestoppers.com.
