Cancelled comedian David Walliams has reportedly been dropped from his remaining ambassadorships with various charities after being accused of inappropriate behaviour.

The bestselling children’s author, 54, was dropped by his publisher, HarperCollins, late last year following an investigation into alleged harassment towards junior female staff.

Walliams has ‘strongly denied’ any wrongdoing, with a statement from his former publisher explaining that he was ‘not party to any investigation or given any opportunity to answer questions’.

They also said Walliams was ‘taking legal advice’.

After being removed from the Children’s Book Festival 2025 lineup in light of the accusations, a handful of charities have since severed ties with the ex-Britain’s Got Talent judge as well.

As reported by the Daily Mail, it is understood that Walliams ‘no longer represents’ the organisations for which he was a celebrity patron or ambassador.

This included The Candy Foundation, for which he was previously listed as a director and trustee.

Walliams took on the position in 2020, but it’s claimed this was ‘terminated’ by founder and millionaire property developer Nick Candy earlier this month.

Additionally, the Little Britain star was a patron of the theatre charity MGC Futures, which ‘supports the theatre makers of the future through [its] Bursary programme, mentorship, and online resources’.

On its website, Emma Corrin, Dame Judi Dench, Luke Evans, Dawn French, Nicole Kidman, Jude Law, Daniel Radcliffe, Aidan Turner, Ben Whishaw, and Penelope Wilton are all listed as patrons.

Walliams has since been removed from the page.

This comes after he was removed from his ambassador role at The Children’s Trust. While the news came to light in December, Walliams stopped working with the charity earlier in the year.

In a statement on parting ways, a spokesperson said: ‘After a review of our ambassador programme earlier in the year, David Walliams is no longer an ambassador of The Children’s Trust.’

Walliams became a Children’s Trust ambassador in January 2018 and read to kids on Christmas Day as part of his work.

When the ambassadorship was announced, Walliams was ‘absolutely thrilled,’ adding: ‘It’s a charity I care greatly about, and every time I visit, I am struck by its warm, caring atmosphere and the dedication of its staff.

‘The Children’s Trust is a very special place with incredibly inspiring young people. I feel very proud to be involved.’

A charity sector source has now said: ‘He was once one of the most committed celebrities in terms of supporting a large number of charities.

‘But no charity wants to be associated with David Walliams any longer after all the negative headlines – they’re just slower to act than larger media companies.’

While once a regular on screens, Walliams has been keeping a lower profile in recent months, with the BBC also stating he will ‘not be involved’ in any future projects with the broadcaster.

This was after, during the recording of his episode of Would I Lie To You in June, he did two Nazi salutes, for which the BBC and production company Banijay UK apologised.

At the time, both called his actions ‘completely unacceptable,’ adding: ‘It was immediately acknowledged during the recording that this segment would not be broadcast under any circumstances.’

While the controversial episode still aired on Boxing Day, indeed, such footage did not feature.

Walliams began his career in acting, comedy, and presenting, which propelled him to fame in the UK in the early 2000s; his TV credits include Little Britain, Doctor Who, Come Fly With Me, and even EastEnders.

He was a BGT judge from 2012 to 2022 but was sacked and replaced by Bruno Tonioli after disparaging comments he made towards contestants were leaked.

Walliams has also been involved in various high-profile fundraisers, such as Sport Relief, which saw him raise over £1million in 2006 when he swam the English Channel.

As for his writing, Walliams began writing children’s novels in 2008 after securing a contract with HarperCollins.

Since, his work has been translated into 53 languages, and he was described as ‘the fastest-growing children’s author in the UK,’ and even compared to Roald Dahl.

He’s sold over 50 million copies of his books worldwide, generating £100m in revenue by 2019.

But while his books made up 44% of all HarperCollins sales in 2018, in the summer of 2025, sales had fallen by 60%.

Reps for David Walliams, The Candy Foundation, and MGC Futures have been contacted for comment.

‘One of the most underrated period dramas ever’ is streaming on Amazon Prime

‘One of the most underrated period dramas ever’ is streaming on Amazon Prime
Two seasons of this popular period drama are now available to stream (Picture: Amazon Prime)

This ‘charming’ period drama is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video, having long been praised by viewers for how its story ‘pulls you in.’

Titled The Paradise, the BBC costume drama premiered its first series in 2012, with a second following in 2013.

Still today, fans are gutted that a third instalment was never commissioned, with its arrival on Amazon Prime allowing past audiences to relive the magic, while others can discover it for the first time.

Starring Joanna Vanderham, Emun Elliott, Sonya Cassidy, Stephen Wight, and more, The Paradise begins in 1875.

It follows the lives and relationships of those who shop and trade in and around England’s first-ever department store, The Paradise, which is owned by widower John Moray (Elliott).

Denise Lovett (Vanderham) soon enters the world from her small town of Peebles in Scotland, and she’s swept up in the charm of a modern world.

She quickly catches Moray’s eye, as he believes her to be a promising talent, much to the annoyance of long-standing, older staff members, such as the head of ladies’ fashion.

Meanwhile, Katherine (Elaine Cassidy) is determined to marry Moray, who is already financially dependent on her father, Lord Glendenning (Patrick Malahide) – so, to her, Denise is a threat.

As for the second season, upon its return with new ownership, The Paradise has fallen on troubled times and is at risk of being sold – can its fortunes be revived?

The series, which is an adaptation of Émile Zola’s 1883 novel Au Bonheur des Dames, was filmed at Lambton Castle in County Durham, which offers grand scenery after being converted to resemble a booming Victorian department store.

It was reported that The Paradise had an £8million budget, allowing creators to splurge on style to match the substance.

On review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, The Paradise has an 84% score from audiences, with the first series averaging a 4.2-star rating out of 5.

Among the comments, Christiana H writes: ‘I thought it was wonderful, witty, funny, a good period drama and amazing! The colours, the clothing, the storyline and the actors I give 5 stars!! I loved it!’

‘It pulls you in and you can’t wait for the next episode. I love period dramas. I wish there were more than two seasons,’ says Jennifer S.

Robbie K also compares the series to a ‘comforting blanket,’ while others praised the ‘immersive’ performances from characters who will ‘never be forgotten’.

As for critics, Dorothy Rabinowitz of the Wall Street Journal calls it ‘spectacularly entertaining,’ and Scott Elingburg says it has ‘all the right moves.’

‘Its sexuality is subtle and charming. Its characters are magnetic and distinct. Its scenes pop with colour and vibrance,’ he pens.

‘Buyer beware: You’re about to be charmed,’ quips Matt Roush of TV Guide.

The Paradise consists of 16 episodes, with its guest stars also a major selling point.

They include the likes of Mark Bonnar and Adrian Scarborough, as well as award-winning Happy Valley star Sarah Lancashire, who appears in several episodes as Madame Aurélie Lhomme.

Furthermore, the plot is accompanied by a stunning soundtrack, composed by Maurizio Malagnini, to transport viewers back in time. The score, performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra, won a Music + Sound Award in 2013.

Alas, The Paradise ended after two seasons due to low ratings, as the broadcaster confirmed in 2014.

At the time, other relatively new dramas such as Death in Paradise, Sherlock, and Silk were performing better, as was Mr Selfridge.

The rival ITV series starring Jeremy Piven followed a similar story of how the American retail tycoon moved to Britain to open up high-end department store Selfridges

The Paradise is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.

The secret notes Britain’s Got Talent bosses give the judges before each act revealed – and their HUGE impact on the legendary Golden Buzzer

The secret notes Britain’s Got Talent bosses give to the judges before each act have been revealed – and how these impact the legendary Golden Buzzer.

Since 2014, the ITV show’s judges – as well as hosts Ant and Dec – have used one Golden Buzzer each during the audition rounds.

This prestigious buzzer sends a select few contestants immediately to the live shows, but one viewer has suggested it might not be as spontaneous of a decision as it seems.

Taking to TikTok, user @adamjamesonTV said in a video: ‘The first Golden Buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent was completely staged.

‘Not quite, but there’s more going on than you realise.

‘Before filming each act, the producers will give the judges notes on what to expect in that performance.’

Britain’s Got Talent has returned for series 19 – and has received another brutal blow amid a disastrous ratings slump

Taking to TikTok, user @adamjamesonTV broke down the how the Britain's Got Talent judges' pre-performance notes impact the Golden Buzzer

He continued: ‘Stuff like whether they should persevere with the act, or whether there’s a big ending, or a shock in store.

‘So when that big moment happens and it looks staged, it’s because it kind of is. But just for different reasons.

‘The talent is real, the moment is real, the prep that’s what’s planned.’

One person commented: ‘It’s well known that the producers scout talent, so it’s very staged.’

Arguing for another act, a second person added: ‘THE DRONE NEEDED THE GOLDEN BUZZER.’

A third boldly claimed: ‘The shows a full lie.’

During last Saturday’s first audition show, Paul Nunnari earned Simon Cowell’s Golden Buzzer with his gravity defying act.

The Australian, 53, became a frontrunner to win the latest series after wowing judges Simon, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and KSI.

The performance stunned the audience not only for his technical prowess, but because the former Paralympian executed the entire routine from his wheelchair, lifting and sustaining his body weight as he soared through the air.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Paul opened up about the road trauma he suffered at the age of 11, which left him with a life-changing spinal cord injury – though he has never allowed it to define him.

Speaking about his act, he said: ‘I was injured through a road trauma when I was quite young. When I was in hospital, the two things I wanted to do were learn to do wheelies and to chase nurses. The chair wasn’t a deficit to me – it was the complete opposite.

‘I have always lived my life as a wheelchair user, not thinking about what I can’t do in the chair but thinking about how I can do it in the chair but differently. The chair has never been a barrier to do anything. That was definitely the motivator.

‘I never want to be judged based on my disability. I want to be judged based on my performance. So, it’s vitally important that I perform at a high level, so that’s my focus.

‘It’s most enjoyable once I finish the performance and know I have nailed it. Hand on my heart, when I climb down from that silk, I take the blindfold off and look at the judges and crowd, I know in my heart that I have nailed it and that’s what matters most to me.’

Paul said he wanted his performance, which he trained and rehearsed tirelessly to perfect, to demonstrate that having a disability does not hold you back.

He explained that, in his experience, people often underestimate him because he uses a wheelchair, something he considers entirely irrelevant.

Through his act, he hopes to challenge public misconceptions and change perceptions of the disabled community.

He said: ‘When you talk about the way you have been injured or why you’re a wheelchair user, it evokes a very sympathetic response. People with disabilities have very low expectations put on them and I think it should be the opposite.

‘We should give people with disabilities an equable and dignified starting moment as everybody else and have high expectations of them.

‘I feel like people are content for me to do the pat on the shoulder and say ‘I did my best’ because I’m in a chair – but I don’t ever want to feel like that.

‘It’s obvious I use a wheelchair and I have a spinal cord injury; I use a wheelchair fulltime and live my life in a chair but it’s almost like asking a person the colour of their eyes or hair. It doesn’t really matter.

‘I try to let my performance speak for itself and change attitudes through those three minutes.’

Britain’s Got Talent airs on ITV1 and ITVX.

I was on Bargain Hunt – these are the items you’re BANNED from buying and the moments BBC producers set up for the cameras

A former Bargain Hunt contestant revealed which items participants are banned from buying – and opened up about moments set up for the cameras.

The BBC show launched in 2000, with two pairs – Red and Blue – competing by buying antiques to make the biggest profit at auction.

Stephen Bielby featured on the programme back in 2018 along with his daughter Emily, where they wore blue fleeces.

Speaking on behalf of OLBG, he reflected on how he and Emily came to appear in Bargain Hunt.

The show alum said: ‘Emily and I used to watch it a lot. I applied online, then got a call to come and try out at a hotel in Leeds.

‘They did a “mock show” with fake stalls set up, and we had to go around and ‘buy’ stuff.

‘They were just trying to get a feel for how we interacted.

‘There were some team games, too. It was a fun day.

‘We both have an eye for a bargain but we don’t know much about antiques. Like one of the items we bought – a cruet set – I saw it and thought ‘I’m going to buy that because it looks fancy’, even though I knew it was all mismatched bits. But it still made a profit.

Stephen also disclosed which items are banned for contestants to purchase on the show.

He said: ‘Yes there are restrictions, you can’t buy heavily branded stuff, like Coca-Cola or Disney items.

‘You couldn’t buy any antique weapons, like the old guns.’

In addition, Stephen said the producers intervene ‘on the timing’ in the programme.

He recalled: ‘They go around with a stopwatch.

‘If you take a break or need to film an extra bit, they stop the watch. When you’re back to looking for items, they start it again.

‘It’s very fair. Sometimes, if you’ve had a ‘cheeky’ conversation, they’ll ask you to re-enact it for the camera.’

And discussing his overall highlight from the experience, Stephen said: ‘Just being involved in the filming process.

‘You meet a lot of people because they film several teams on the same day.

‘On the auction day, there were about seven or eight teams altogether.

‘They keep you in a green room and tell you not to give away what you bought or how much it went for. Everyone was a good sport, though.’

As revealed by Stephen, there are some items that Bargain Hunt contestants are not allowed to buy while filming

It comes as another past contestant revealed how starring in Bargain Hunt had been on a wishlist for her.

Alica Humpheys and her father-in-law, who were part of the red team, showed their faces on the 26th episode of series 53, which filmed in Grantham.

Speaking with the Express about what inspired them both to take part, Alicia said: ‘I was working my way through a list of things I wanted to do before I turned 30 and going on TV was on that list.

‘I was talking to my father-in-law about it, and after some discussion, we decided to apply for Bargain Hunt together as a laugh.’

Their episode was presented by Charlie Ross and the experts that starred alongside them were Gary Pe and Nick Hall.

Bargain Hunt airs on BBC One and iPlayer.

Meghan and Netflix end partnership amid reports of it ‘holding jam brand back’

The Duchess of Sussex’s partnership with Netflix has come to an end amid reports she feared her jam brand was being ‘held back’.

The streaming firm had initially partnered with Meghan’s business venture As ever when it launched last year with offerings that also included rose wine, flower sprinkles and jam.

Meghan and the streaming giant had also produced two seasons of her associated lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan.

But figures showed earlier this year that the Duchess’s Netflix show – which was branded ‘toe-curlingly unlovable’ by The Guardian – failed to crack the top 1,000 most-watched programmes on the platform.

The second instalment of With Love, Meghan was the 1,124th most-watched show between July and December 2025, with two million views, according to data released by Netflix.

Insiders claimed to The Sun that the duchess, 44, was relieved to be able to ‘go it alone’ now with As ever and launching it as a global brand after fearing it was being ‘held back’ by the ‘cautious’ streamer.

Regarding the ‘mutual’ split, they added to the publication: ‘Meghan is still on good terms with the Netflix team and close personal friends with Ted (Sarandos, Netflix CEO) so hasn’t wanted to upset him, but is very happy to have full control of the company.

‘It’s a good time for Meghan to have complete control, given recent successes.’

A spokesperson for As ever said: ‘As ever is grateful for Netflix’s partnership through launch and our first year.

‘We have experienced meaningful and rapid growth and As ever is now ready to stand on its own. We have an exciting year ahead and can’t wait to share more.’

Netflix’s statement read: ‘Meghan’s passion for elevating everyday moments in beautiful yet simple ways inspired the creation of the As ever brand, and we are glad to have played a role in bringing that vision to life.

‘As it was always intended, Meghan will continue growing the brand and take it into its next chapter independently, and we look forward to celebrating how she continues to bring joy to households around the world.’

Former Suits actress Meghan and her husband the Duke of Sussex signed a contract thought to be worth more than $100million (£74m) with Netflix after quitting as senior working royals in 2020.

They also inked a first-look deal for film and television projects, which is said to remain in place, meaning that Netflix has the first option on Harry and Meghan’s projects with their Archewell production company.

The first series of With Love, Meghan launched on Netflix in March 2025 and coincided with the unveiling of As ever, with her first products, including her raspberry jam, repeatedly promoted throughout the show.

Metro senior TV reporter Asyia Iftikhar was more positive towards the programme, calling it the duo’s ‘strongest offering’ from their Netflix partnership after their 2020 docuseries.

‘The Netflix series is a natural next career move for the star who ran the successful lifestyle blog, The Tig, up until 2017 before she was forced to shut it down (alongside her social media presence) as the royal spotlight heated up.

‘In many ways, watching her effortlessly coast through easy at-home recipes and happy-go-lucky conversations with her guests, it feels like this is what she should have been doing all along,’ she observed in her review.

‘Meghan may not be re-inventing the wheel with her show, but she is re-inventing the image she wants to put out there. Goodbye exiled royal, hello lifestyle guru.’

Among the other products on As ever’s website are honey and tea sets, jam sets and a candle for $64 (£48).

Exclusive | ‘RHOM’ stars on the chopping block as Bravo delays Season 8 filming for cast shake-up

Several “Real Housewives of Miami” stars may not be returning for Season 8 of the Bravo reality show, Page Six has learned.

Multiple sources tell us Guerdy Abraira and Julia Lemigova — who went from friends to foes during Season 7, which concluded with a three-part reunion in October 2025 — are on the chopping block.

We’re also told there may be a third cast cut that will take fans by surprise.

Additionally, our insiders say Stephanie Shojaee is not sold on coming back for a sophomore season.

Some of our informants note that Todd Nepola’s $10 million defamation lawsuit against the network — which he filed as the reunion was airing — has left production stumped on how to proceed with his on-again, off-again ex-wife, Alexia Nepola, who is a fan-favorite.

But as one of our sources points out, not only did Todd file to dismiss the suit (with prejudice) in December, but showrunners have worked around his issues in the past — and would do it again.

Our insiders say Julia Lemigova (left) is, too. Jocelyn Prescod/Bravo

According to our insiders, execs are also taking into account how things went for the “RHOM” cast at BravoCon 2025, which took place in November.

Their panel was far from the most entertaining or seamless of the weekend, which we’re told did not inspire producers to rush to pick cameras back up.

According to one informant, there have been conversations about getting the ball rolling next month, but dates have not been locked in, and contracts have not been sent out.

Season 7 starred Alexia, Abraira, Lemigova, Shojaee, Lisa Hochstein and Larsa Pippen alongside “friends” of the cast Marysol Patton, Adriana de Moura and Kiki Barth.

Our sources say the ladies are generally worried about their fates as well as the future of the series; however, we’re told “RHOM” is not “on pause.”

One insider insists Bravo is still very much interested in filming another season but that the network wants to take its time in perfecting the cast.

Earlier this week, Andy Cohen made similar comments on his SiriusXM radio show, telling listeners, “I love ‘Miami.’ I think we’re looking at how to keep it as fresh as possible.”

Though he doesn’t want the show “sitting on this shelf for so long,” he also argued that there’s a “benefit in waiting.”

The “Real Housewives” honcho went on to point out that other cities — like “New York City” and “Atlanta” — have previously experienced longer-than-usual breaks between seasons, explaining, “This happens sometimes in the Bravosphere.”

Reps for the network, Abraira, Lemigova, Shojaee and Alexia did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

5 biggest questions we need answered in Outlander’s eighth and final season

video

Period drama Outlander returns for an eighth season this weekend, and fans of the epic love story between time-travelling World War II nurse Claire and 18th-century highlander Jamie Fraser are hoping the final season will resolve some outstanding questions.

The seventh season ended on a cliffhanger, but there are also other mysteries to be solved, including two that featured in the first ever episode of the series. And of course, everyone is desperate to know whether either Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) will die before the end credits.

Although Outlander is based on Diana Gabaldon’s novels, she hasn’t finished writing the final instalment, so there are no clues to be had on how the series could end. The previous books may offer some hints, but at the US premiere of the new season on Monday, Karen Pirie star Lauren Lyle, who plays Jamie’s stepdaughter Marsali in Outlander, teased: ‘If you’ve read the books, you still don’t know what’s coming.’

Here are just five of the burning questions that need to be answered in Outlander’s final 10 episodes:

Did Jamie and Claire’s daughter Faith live?

One of the most harrowing scenes was in the second season episode ‘Faith’, in which Claire gave birth to a stillborn daughter, whom she named Faith.

5 biggest questions we need answered in Outlander’s eighth and final season
Outlander has returned for its eighth and final season – and we might finally get some answers (Picture: Starz)

Cradling her dead baby, she sang: ‘I do like to be beside the seaside,’ and we heard the song once more in the seventh season finale episode set in 1778, sung by young orphan Fanny.

Claire was shocked that Fanny could know the music hall song, as it was written in 1907, and when Fanny revealed her late mother’s name was Faith, Claire and Jamie wondered whether their daughter could somehow have survived and lived for years without them knowing.

If Faith lived, what happened to her? If she survived and was Fanny’s mother, how did she die? Did the mysterious healer Master Raymond, who tended to the bereft Claire, raise Faith himself?

Fans have speculated that Master Raymond may be an ancient time traveller with a master plan, so his potential involvement raises even more questions.

Where or when will Bree and Roger end up, and what will happen to Buck?

Claire and Jamie’s daughter Brianna, and her husband Roger MacKenzie were caught up in all sorts of time-travelling confusion in season seven.

A still from Outlander
What is on the cards for Bree and Roger (Picture: Starz/ James Minchin)

They returned to the 20th century to get medical help for their daughter Mandy, but Roger had to travel back to 18th-century Scotland when devious Rob Cameron kidnapped their young son Jemmy.

Roger, along with his ancestor Buck MacKenzie, ended up in 1739 (more than 30 years further back in time than where his in-laws were), but was eventually reunited with Brianna and their children there.

They will likely return to Claire and Jamie’s time – even though it means they will have left their 1980s renovation of family pile Lallybroch unfinished – but the future is less clear for poor old Buck.

He accidentally travelled to the 20th century and bonded with the MacKenzies, but his disappearance from his own time meant the date of his death was recorded.

If he left Brianna and Roger and returned safely home, you would expect there to be a record of his reappearance in Roger’s history books. And the recurring pain he mentioned in season seven doesn’t bode well for his long-term survival either.

Who planted the forget-me-nots at Craigh Na Dun?

Cast your mind back to the very first episode, and the reason Claire returned to the standing stones at Craigh Na Dun she had first visited with her husband Frank.

Are you going to watch Outlander’s final season?

She went back alone to investigate the forget-me-not flowers growing there as they were not native to the area, and then heard the buzzing sound that drew her close to the stones and sent her hurtling back in time.

Many fans believe that someone purposely planted the flowers, as if they had not been present, Claire would never have travelled to the past and met Jamie.

Popular theories are that Claire may have planted them herself at some point in time, or it may have been the work of her grandchildren, Jemmy and Mandy, who can also time travel. Or perhaps we should consider Master Raymond once again, and whether it could all be part of a grander scheme.

Will the mystery of Jamie’s ghost be solved?

Before Claire travels back to the 18th century for the first time, there is a scene in the first episode where a man in Highland clothing can be seen watching her in her hotel room from the street below.

Could we find out what is up with Jamie’s ghost? (Picture: Starz!/Kobal/REX/Shutterstock)

It’s widely believed to be Jamie, but since he can’t time travel, the theory goes that it is, in fact, Jamie’s ghost. This could mean that Jamie and Claire die at different times – many fans believe he will die in the final episode – and his ghost is seeking her out over time, waiting until she dies and joins him to rest in peace.

Jamie has also had some very intense dreams of the future in recent seasons, including one where he described seeing Claire and a telephone, despite not knowing what it was. It could be that in his dreams, he visits Claire’s future and even manages to send a ghostly version of his body to watch over her.

In an interview with TV Insider, showrunner Matthew B Roberts doesn’t promise that the mystery will be solved, saying that fans ‘may have to live with’ not knowing, and adding: ‘I can’t say how they’re going to deal with it.’

Even if the apparition isn’t explained in the final season, author Diana Gabaldon won’t leave fans puzzling forever.

‘The ghost is Jamie – but as for how it fits into the story, All Will Be Explained – in the last book,’ she says.

Does Jamie die?

The final episodes of Outlander are being carefully guarded until they air, and Sam Heughan revealed in a 2024 interview that even he didn’t know exactly how the show will end.

And, of course, the question which has haunted the entire show – does Jamie die? (Picture: Starz)

‘We’re going to shoot various endings, but I don’t know which one they will use,’ he said.

It’s possible that Jamie may die, if the final season’s trailer is anything to go by. It reveals that a book written by Claire’s first husband Frank states that Jamie dies in an upcoming battle.

However, our determined Frasers have tried to alter history before (admittedly, not very successfully), and there is another way Jamie’s reported death could be thwarted.

Since the second season, when Parisians dubbed Claire ‘La Dame Blanche,’ she has slowly been growing into her role as an almost mystical healer. It’s possible that Claire becomes the White Lady in the final season and discovers that she has the ability to heal someone on the brink of death, or even someone who has recently died, thus saving her husband if he does fall in battle.

And if Jamie dies, even briefly, that could explain his ghostly presence in the 20th century, too…

Outlander is available to watch on Amazon Prime Video via MGM+. Season eight debuts on March 7.

The B&B praised for its breakfast and ‘fat pillows’ on Channel 4 show

One guest said they loved the room so much they could have stayed for a week

A Cambridgeshire bed and breakfast has featured on a popular Channel 4 TV show this week. The Red House, in the picturesque village of Longstowe, appeared on Channel 4’s Four in a Bed.

The competition began this week on March 2, seeing four B&B owners battle it out to be crowned the best of the bunch. The B&B owners take it in turns to stay at each other’s place before reviewing them across different categories.

Carl and Liz, owners of The Red House, have competed with the Three Horseshoes in Warham, Norfolk, run by married couple Fiona and Michael, and Holly Lodge Boutique run by Barbara and Elizabeth in Thursford, also in Norfolk. The final stay of the competiton will be with Helen and Carl at Peacock lake in Gunthorpe, Nottinghamshire.

The Cambridgeshire B&B featured in Tuesday night’s episode (March 3), as the second visit of the competition. The guests were shown to their rooms where they got straight to judging the cleanliness of the room and the facilities on offer.

Barbara and Elizabeth were fans of the chandelier, saying: “Not a single cobweb, and that is a difficult thing to keep clean.” Fiona and Michael were fans of the “nice fat pillows”, with Michael adding: “My head is going to enjoy being on that.” Helen and Carl said: “This is really high quality flooring, it looks stunning.”

But Helen and Carl were disappointed to find some dust in the drawers and on the back of the TV. Not every guest seemed to find dust though, as Barbara said: “I’m not sure anyone has stayed here before.”

One facility in the room which proved to be a crowd pleaser was the mini fridge, which the guests said was a nice touch. All of the guests then headed out to a Highland cow experience at Highland Cow Cottage. Here, farm manager Charlie introduced everyone to the cows and allowed them to give the cows some afternoon snacks. The guests then got an afternoon snack of their own in the form of a Highland cow themed afternoon tea.

Guests then headed back to the B&B for the night. In the morning, the breakfast received rave reviews. The eggs were described as “perfection” and Carl and Liz were praised for their homemade hash browns and other “really good quality ingredients”.

When it came to the final verdicts of their stays overall, Barbara and Elizabeth said: “We’ve loved the stay here, it’s a very charming coaching inn that’s been restored beautifully.”

Fional and Michael added; “We loved our room, we could have stayed for a week.”

Carl and Helen were not quite as thrilled, saying: “There were some quite distinct cleaning issues. A five minute checkover could have cured it.” Overall, all of the guests said that they would stay at The Red House again.

Carl and Liz said: “We had a fantastic experience filming with Channel 4 for their series Four in a Bed. We’re very grateful for the opportunity to showcase our business and share what we do with a wider audience.

“It was a memorable experience for our team, and we hope that appearing on the show encourages more guests to discover and book with us.”

The Red House is set in three acres of grounds on the outskirts of Longstowe, and according to its website, it is an old coaching inn built in 1799. The traditional English restaurant offers a main menu alongside its Sunday menu.

This series is set to continue with more visits to other B&Bs this week. The winner will be announced on Friday’s episode (March 6) for the big payday reveal.

‘Below Deck’ alum sues network for $633M over alleged sexual harassment

“Below Deck” alum Emile Kotze is suing NBCUniversal for $633 million over allegations of sexual harassment on the set of the popular reality show.

The former reality star — who appeared on Season 3 of the show in 2015 — filed an amended federal lawsuit against the network in the Southern District of New York in October 2025, per court documents obtained by Page Six. His initial complaint was filed in June 2025.

Kotze, 34, claims in the amended lawsuit that during his time on the show, he was subjected to a “hostile work environment rife with sexual harassment, manipulation, and dangerous conditions.”

The professional yacht deckhand further alleged that NBCUniversal failed to protect him from abuse, defamed him, misappropriated his likeness and “engaged in a cover-up and retaliation campaign to silence and discredit him when he sought redress.”

Elsewhere in his federal complaint, the former “Below Deck” star alleged that he was tricked into participating in the popular Bravo series under “false pretenses” that it was a documentary about yachting life.

Kotze claimed in the lawsuit that the show’s producers “began steering” him into a “romantic entanglement” with co-star Raquel “Rocky” Dakota.

Besides accusing NBCUniversal and the “Below Deck” producers of discriminating against him for being from South Africa, Kotze claimed that Season 3 of the Bravo series was allegedly edited to falsely portray him as “misogynistic” and “immature.”

As for his “once-promising yachting career,” Kotze alleged that it was “destroyed” and that he “has been effectively blacklisted” from the industry “with an estimated $123 million in lost future earnings.”

He also cited “out-of-pocket medical costs for medical and psychological treatment of trauma” and “lasting emotional distress” that included “PTSD, anxiety and depression” resulting from NBCUniversal’s alleged actions.

Kotze is seeking $633 million from the network over the alleged sexual harassment he suffered while on the show: $123 million in alleged lost income, $500 million in punitive damages and $10 million in compensatory damages

TMZ was the first to report on Kotze’s lawsuit.

NBCUniversal, meanwhile, filed a motion to dismiss Kotze’s nearly multimillion-dollar lawsuit in November 2025.

The network argued that the federal complaint – which was filed 10 years after Season 3 first aired – came past the statute of limitations, per court documents obtained by Page Six from Kotze’s initial June 2025 complaint.

NBCUniversal also cited the First Amendment.

“As a general matter, the First Amendment forbids the government, including the Judicial Branch, from dictating what we see or read or speak or hear,” the network argued.

A rep for NBCUniversal did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
