The secret notes Britain’s Got Talent bosses give the judges before each act revealed – and their HUGE impact on the legendary Golden Buzzer

The secret notes Britain’s Got Talent bosses give to the judges before each act have been revealed – and how these impact the legendary Golden Buzzer.

Since 2014, the ITV show’s judges – as well as hosts Ant and Dec – have used one Golden Buzzer each during the audition rounds.

This prestigious buzzer sends a select few contestants immediately to the live shows, but one viewer has suggested it might not be as spontaneous of a decision as it seems.

Taking to TikTok, user @adamjamesonTV said in a video: ‘The first Golden Buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent was completely staged.

‘Not quite, but there’s more going on than you realise.

‘Before filming each act, the producers will give the judges notes on what to expect in that performance.’

Britain’s Got Talent has returned for series 19 – and has received another brutal blow amid a disastrous ratings slump

He continued: ‘Stuff like whether they should persevere with the act, or whether there’s a big ending, or a shock in store.

‘So when that big moment happens and it looks staged, it’s because it kind of is. But just for different reasons.

‘The talent is real, the moment is real, the prep that’s what’s planned.’

One person commented: ‘It’s well known that the producers scout talent, so it’s very staged.’

Arguing for another act, a second person added: ‘THE DRONE NEEDED THE GOLDEN BUZZER.’

A third boldly claimed: ‘The shows a full lie.’

During last Saturday’s first audition show, Paul Nunnari earned Simon Cowell’s Golden Buzzer with his gravity defying act.

The Australian, 53, became a frontrunner to win the latest series after wowing judges Simon, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and KSI.

The performance stunned the audience not only for his technical prowess, but because the former Paralympian executed the entire routine from his wheelchair, lifting and sustaining his body weight as he soared through the air.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Paul opened up about the road trauma he suffered at the age of 11, which left him with a life-changing spinal cord injury – though he has never allowed it to define him.

Speaking about his act, he said: ‘I was injured through a road trauma when I was quite young. When I was in hospital, the two things I wanted to do were learn to do wheelies and to chase nurses. The chair wasn’t a deficit to me – it was the complete opposite.

‘I have always lived my life as a wheelchair user, not thinking about what I can’t do in the chair but thinking about how I can do it in the chair but differently. The chair has never been a barrier to do anything. That was definitely the motivator.

‘I never want to be judged based on my disability. I want to be judged based on my performance. So, it’s vitally important that I perform at a high level, so that’s my focus.

‘It’s most enjoyable once I finish the performance and know I have nailed it. Hand on my heart, when I climb down from that silk, I take the blindfold off and look at the judges and crowd, I know in my heart that I have nailed it and that’s what matters most to me.’

Paul said he wanted his performance, which he trained and rehearsed tirelessly to perfect, to demonstrate that having a disability does not hold you back.

He explained that, in his experience, people often underestimate him because he uses a wheelchair, something he considers entirely irrelevant.

Through his act, he hopes to challenge public misconceptions and change perceptions of the disabled community.

He said: ‘When you talk about the way you have been injured or why you’re a wheelchair user, it evokes a very sympathetic response. People with disabilities have very low expectations put on them and I think it should be the opposite.

‘We should give people with disabilities an equable and dignified starting moment as everybody else and have high expectations of them.

‘I feel like people are content for me to do the pat on the shoulder and say ‘I did my best’ because I’m in a chair – but I don’t ever want to feel like that.

‘It’s obvious I use a wheelchair and I have a spinal cord injury; I use a wheelchair fulltime and live my life in a chair but it’s almost like asking a person the colour of their eyes or hair. It doesn’t really matter.

‘I try to let my performance speak for itself and change attitudes through those three minutes.’

Britain’s Got Talent airs on ITV1 and ITVX.

On Wednesday, Dianne marked her last day of work as she counted down the days until her impending due date.

Taking to Instagram, Dianne showed off her baby bump in a white shirt and grey blazer as she posed for a selfie.

She captioned the post: ‘One more day to go’.

The couple have been busy ahead of the arrival of their son and have been keeping their fans updated with the pregnancy.

Earlier this month, they showed off their son’s nursery as they built furniture, ready for his arrival.

The couple looked very prepared as Joe painted the bedroom white with green paneling and added duck wallpaper.

The social media star has built a wooden cot and added a number of pieces of wooden furniture to the room, including a chest of drawers, a bookcase and a sweet miniature stool.

Joe and Dianne added a cosy armchair and hung up a series of children’s wall art, vintage wooden tennis rackets and filled a basket full of books and teddies to complete the room.

The couple looked pleased with the adorable duck themed bedroom for their newborn as they high-fived and Joe sweetly cradled Dianne’s baby bump.

Joe wrote: ‘Baby boy’s bedroom. I’ve enjoyed working on this over the weekends so much. If he grows up with fear of ducks or old squash rackets we will know why..

‘My favourite thing is the bookshelf as it was made by my grandad and I know he would have been well chuffed to see that on the wall’.

Dianne was the first professional in the show’s history to compete while pregnant, before her partner Stefan Dennis, was forced to pull out due to injury.

She penned: ‘Just to clarify as I have had lots of people msg me thinking this is a cover up for me being not able to dance!? Firstly we wouldn’t lie especially about somebody being sick! And secondly I am fine, yes I am pregnant but I’m also very capable and feeling really good!’

Joe and Dianne struck up a romance when they were paired together during the sixteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2018.

Jersey Shore star Snooki, 38, reveals she is battling cancer

Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi revealed on Friday that she has been diagnosed with cervical cancer.

The 38-year-old Jersey Shore star posted a TikTok video sharing a health update.

She said that she had a cone biopsy this year.

‘It came back stage 1 cervical cancer called adenocarcinoma,’ she said. ‘Obviously not the news I’ve been hoping for, but also not the worst news just because they caught it so early. Thank freaking God!’

And she urged fans to get pap smears.

‘I’m 38 years old and I’ve been struggling with abnormal pap smears for three or four years now, and now look at me,’ she said. ‘Instead of putting it off because I didn’t want to go, because I was hurt and scared, I just went and did it. And it was there, cancer is in there. But it’s stage 1 and it’s curable.’

‘So get your appointments done, b—-es! I’m telling you!’ she continued. ‘Once you go to stage 2, then you have to do chemo… nobody wants to do that! It’s scary. So get your appointments done.’

She is now seeing an oncologist.

‘After that, I’m gonna probably get the hysterectomy,’ she shared.

‘Obviously, I think the smart choice here is the hysterectomy. I’ll still keep my ovaries, which is a good sign. But yeah, gotta get the cervix and uterus out. It all depends on the PET scan.

‘So 2026 is not panning out how I wanted it to,’ she said. ‘But also, it could be worse.’

In January, Polizzi said she had an abnormal pap smear results and precancerous cells for the past four years.

‘I’ve had issues with getting abnormal results and precancerous cells on your cervix and everything. It’s very stressful you guys,’ Polizzi told viewers while heaving a huge sigh.

She also said that she recently underwent a colposcopy and biopsy at her doctor’s urging.

‘That hurt. It wasn’t a great experience,’ said the MTV star, who recently discovered the real reason for her adoption as she spoke to her birth mother for the first time.

She then shared the results of the colposcopy: ‘Doctor calls me and he’s like, “Not looking great.” He found cancerous cells on the top of my cervix.’

Polizzi added she was going to have a cone biopsy, which is often needed to further test or treat abnormal pap smears, and she’ll have it done while under anaesthesia.

‘I’m terrified,’ she admitted. ‘It’s scary, but we have to get it done because cervical cancer is nothing to joke about.’

Polizzi shared that she could possibly need to have a hysterectomy depending on how the results of the cone biopsy turn out, at which point she started to shed some tears.

‘See, I knew I was going to get emotional!’ she wailed.

‘Obviously I’m done having kids but, as a woman, the thought of getting a hysterectomy is just sad and scary,’ Polizzi said.

‘Getting the hysterectomy and then not being able to have kids, I think that’s what’s killing me. But whatever to keep me healthy and safe to be here for my kids that I have now,’ she insisted.

Polizzi shares sons Lorenzo, 13, and Angelo, six, and daughter Giovanna, 11, with husband Jionni LaValle, 38.

She admitted that in the past she ‘was not great’ with staying on top of doctor appointments and was making this video to raise awareness so others didn’t make the same mistake.

‘The reason why my doctor’s on my ass all the time is because I waited,’ Polizzi moaned.

‘I waited on my damn appointments because I knew I might not get great results but also because I didn’t want to feel the pain.

‘I didn’t want to deal with the stress of having to deal with all of this.

She urged her followers: ‘Make sure you’re fine and prevent all the bad things that could happen, like cervical cancer.’

‘It’s not easy being a woman and going through these uncomfortable appointments and situations,’ she said, but added that she’s ‘going to be fine’ and has her family and friends to lean on.

In the video’s caption, Polizzi wrote, ‘Ladies we are in this together.’

‘Nicole, wish I could hug you through the phone, thank you for sharing and I’m sending you much love and prayer,’ Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino’s wife, Lauren, assured her friend.

Last year, Polizzi squashed rumors that she and LaValle were on the brink of divorce by posting happy family photos around the holidays.

2 teens charged in connection with TikTok stunt gone wrong that left 16-year-old trapped inside shaft of NYC bridge

Two teens have been charged in connection with a foolish TikTok stunt that caused a 16-year-old boy to plummet 50 feet and become trapped inside a shaft on the Queensboro Bridge, as the victim’s loved ones alleged his so-called friends left him there to die.

A 14-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested and charged for their alleged roles in the boneheaded stunt gone wrong on Monday evening, an NYPD spokesperson said on Thursday.

The younger teen has been charged with reckless endangerment and criminal trespassing, and the older boy with criminal trespassing, cops said.

Officers responded to a 911 call on the Queens end of the East River bridge around 5:45 p.m. Monday and found the 16-year-old from Lynbrook, Long Island stuck inside the shaft, police said.

Sources told The Post the boy was filming a stunt to post on TikTok when he fell.

Roughly 75 first responders and 10 pieces of apparatus were needed to rescue the boy, FDNY Deputy Chief Nicholas Corrado said at a press briefing at the scene

He was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell, where he was listed in critical but stable condition, police said.

An online petition urging for the stunt to be investigated alleged that two of the teen’s “friends” took videos of the boy, identified as “Frankie,” as he screamed their names “in agony” and sent them to people online.

“Nobody deserves to be abandoned and left to die during the worst and most traumatic moment of their life,” the Change.org petition said.

The petition, which has over 1,000 signatures, alleged that the two pals managed to take the wounded teen’s cell phone to prevent him from calling emergency services and fled the scene to their homes — leaving the boy “inside the bridge shaft suffering and dying.”

“Multiple hours later, an anonymous woman who saw the video contacted authorities,” the petition added. “The FDNY had to search each shaftway of the Queensboro Bridge until they found Frankie’s shoe and blood.”

A GoFundMe for Frankie’s recovery costs said the teen was hypothermic and lost a lot of blood during the terrifying fall, and “now faces a long road of surgeries, recovery, and rehabilitation.”

“His survival is nothing short of a miracle,” the fundraiser for his family said.

TikTok has come under attack in recent years for allowing a string of possibly dangerous stunts to be widely shared and remain on the social media platform.
