Jake Ferguson’s fiancée, Haley Cavinder, has started her preparations for their wedding. The couple will tie the knot in the offseason, and Cavinder has been giving fans a glimpse of her routine.

She shared a short clip of her workouts, healthy eating and skincare routine on Instagram on Tuesday. She added a clip of her lifting weights and included an overlay text that read:

“Anything for the white dress.”

Meanwhile, in the caption of the post, Cavinder opened up about her “full bridal program.”

“Let the countdown begin 🤭💍🤍👰‍♀️ our Bridal Arms Sculpt Challenge drops this Thursday, and our full Bridal Program begins right after. I’ll be showing y’all everything I’m doing to prepare and feel my absolute best for wedding day!!! EEEK let the 2026 Bridal Bootcamp begin… I’m 3 months out,” Cavinder wrote.

Ferguson proposed to Cavinder last April. He planned a romantic proposal at Fort Myers Beach in Florida, decorating the area with white flowers.

On the big day, Cavinder wore a pink dress, while the tight end wore a white-and-blue half-sleeve shirt paired with white pants.

As their wedding date approaches, Cavinder has been keeping her fans updated on her plans. Last week, she opened up about the stress of her wedding budget.

Jake Ferguson and Haley Cavinder enjoyed a joint bachelor and bachelorette getaway at Baker’s Bay Ocean & Golf Club. Cavinder shared moments from the outing on Instagram on March 16.

“the best trip ♥️ our circle >>,” she wrote.

Ferguson wore a brown half-sleeve shirt and white pants for the outing. He paired it with a white cap and posed beside his fiancée, who wore a knitted white top, a matching skirt and a cowboy hat.

Cavinder was joined by her friends on the trip, and on one slide, she added a group photo. In another slide, she shared a romantic moment with her fiancé, as the couple kissed on a yacht.

Ferguson’s fiancée made headlines earlier in February when she was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit special digital issue alongside partners of a few NFL stars.
