Bamboo… at first, I thought he was just a white stone in the dark.

It was night. There were no streetlights, and I was not wearing my glasses. As I fed the stray cats, surrounded by dogs, I noticed something small on the ground. When the dogs barked, that “stone” moved. It was a tiny kitten, only a couple of weeks old, completely alone.

I took him with me that night and did everything I could to keep him alive.

Later, a kind friend took him in, loved him, and helped him grow. She named him Bamboo, and when he was ready, she found him a safe and loving home.

Today, Bamboo is living a beautiful life.
