Police searching for missing prisoner with links to Newmarket


Cash is currently serving a sentence for burglary offences

Police are appealing for help to find a prisoner with links to Newmarket, who has absconded from HMP Hollesley Bay. Andrew Cash, 32, was reported missing yesterday morning (Tuesday, February 24).

Cash is currently serving a sentence of six-and-a-half years for burglary offences. He is described as being white, 6’1 tall, of medium build, and with brown hair.

As well as Newmarket, he also has links to Bury St Edmunds and Southampton. Police are asking anyone who may have seen Cash to come forward.
