Schools and civil service offices across Prince Edward Island have delayed openings Friday due to wintry road conditions following overnight snowfall that continued into the morning.

  • Charlottetown City Hall and its administrative offices delayed opening until 9 a.m., with a further announcement by 8 a.m.
