WWE legend sends a message ahead of massive reunion after 7 years on SmackDown


A legendary WWE Superstar recently talked about their massive match on the upcoming edition of Friday Night SmackDown. The star is set to reunite in the ring with her partner. The names in question are Brie and Nikki Bella.

On last week’s SmackDown, The Bella Twins confirmed that they had talked to Nick Aldis and have received a shot at Nia Jax and Lash Legend’s WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. Their bout is scheduled for the upcoming edition of the blue brand’s show. This will be the first time Brie and Nikki will be teaming up on WWE TV for a Tag Team Match in more than seven years. The legends last teamed up in the company in October 2018.

Ahead of this much-anticipated clash, The Bella Twins took to X/Twitter to send a message to their fans. Nikki Bella hyped up their upcoming Tag Team Championship Match.

“What up, Bella Army? Alright, so Brie and I are headed to Raleigh soon as you all know, tomorrow night we are fighting for those Tag Team Championships,” Nikki said.

Brie Bella then highlighted that they were extremely excited as it was Brie’s first in-ring appearance in a long time. She also mentioned that she was excited to team up with her sister, noting that they hadn’t tagged in almost eight years.

“We’re so excited. I mean, I haven’t been in the ring, especially tagging with you, Nikki, in almost eight years. So, there’s a lot that’s been going in my mind this week, and I just can’t wait to get back and fight,” Brie said.

The Bella Twins trained for the upcoming WWE title match on SmackDown

Nikki Bella recently took to her Instagram Stories to share a picture of herself with Brie Bella from their possible training session ahead of the upcoming edition of Friday Night SmackDown. Nikki wrote that The Bella Twins were getting ready for their title match on the blue brand’s show.

“Getting ready for Friday… #bellaarmy. Friday Night SmackDown 8pm EST @usanetwork,” she wrote.

It remains to be seen what the Triple H-led creative team has planned for The Bella Twins on WWE SmackDown.
