“Would Put A**es In Seats” – Rhea Ripley Bra & Panties Match Gets Former WWE Star’s Endorsement
Rhea Ripley is arguably the biggest female star in WWE right now. She is a regular feature on the company’s main event programming and one of their most popular stars. A former WWE star Shelly Martinez recently talked about having Mami compete in a potential Bra & Panties match.
Shelly Martinez worked for the Stamford-based promotion from 2005 to 2007. During her run there, she competed on the SmackDown and ECW brands along with the developmental show Ohio Valley Wrestling.
Thanks for the submission!
She recently spoke on her Too Much Information podcast and had a discussion about Bra & Panties matches. The former WWE star stated that a potential match between Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan with that stipulation would bring in a lot of fans to the show.
“I think that would put a**es in seats. Everyone would be in uproar and cannot wait to see the fight,” she said.

Rhea Ripley is set to challenge for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42
After winning the Women’s World Tag Team titles with IYO SKY and losing them after a few weeks, Rhea is back in the singles division. She won the 2026 Women’s Elimination Chamber match and is now set to challenge Jade Cargill for her WWE Women’s Title at WrestleMania 42.
Ever since she joined WWE back in 2024, Jade has been trying to establish herself as the top singles star in the company. She is a former Women’s World Tag Team Champion and won the 2025 Queen of the Ring Tournament. She became the WWE Women’s Champion in November last year after beating Tiffany Stratton.
