“To learn all they knew”: Eric Weinstein discusses Stephen Hawking’s appearance in Epstein files, says financier used females to “entice scientists”
Mathematician and investor Eric Weinstein shared his take on Epstein’s alleged connection to Stephen Hawking. On Friday, the Harvard alumnus appeared on Piers Morgan’s show, where he discussed Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged influence in the scientific community. The British journalist talked about Professor Hawking’s multiple mentions in the Epstein files.
Morgan pointed out that the physicist had also visited the disgraced financier’s island to attend a conference. He asked Weinstein whether he saw anything “sinister” in Stephen Hawking’s relationship with Epstein. The mathematician said that Professor Hawking was a very potent physicist who could offer a military or national advantage to anyone who could understand his mind.
Weinstein, who has often suggested that Epstein was working for some secret service, commented:
“I think it’s very important to realize that a lot of people were sucked into Epstein’s orbit with proximity to attractive adult females and that the sideline, which was children and maybe even infants and maybe even, you know, horrible satanic rituals, was not the same thing as the fact that he was, you know, gathering adult females to entice scientists in order to learn all they knew.”
Piers Morgan showed Stephen Hawking’s viral picture in which he appeared with two women wearing bikinis. Eric Weinstein shared his take and said that the women in the picture with Hawking were not underage. The investor commented that Stephen Hawking had “a healthy appetite for romance,” which he said was “well known in the community.”
“I’m also tired of us creating a situation in which we make fun of anyone who has a normal sexual appetite, which makes it very difficult to get anyone to go after the depravity that was Jeffrey Epstein,” Weinstein added.
The picture of Stephen Hawking with two women went viral in January this year after it was released in the Epstein files. The late physicist’s family later told The Times that the women in the picture were the physicist’s caregivers. The family told the newspaper that the picture was taken at a science symposium in St. Thomas in 2006. The conference was reportedly funded by Epstein.
“Stephen Hawking was there”: Eric Weinstein earlier discussed science conference hosted by Jeffrey Epstein
Eric Weinstein has often raised questions about Epstein’s association with top academia. Last year in July, the mathematician appeared on The Diary Of A CEO podcast, where he disputed that Epstein was a financier. Weinstein spoke about the disgraced financier’s interest in science, particularly gravity.
Eric Weinstein mentioned a science conference organized by Epstein in 2006 on gravity. When Steven Bartlett questioned why a financier was so interested in gravity, Weinstein responded:
“It was very important to get Nobel laureates and some of the smartest people on earth to come to the Virgin Islands and talk about gravity. Stephen Hawking was there. David Gross was there. Lawrence Krauss was there. Lisa Randall was there right before his conviction.”
Eric Weinstein said that, in his opinion, Jeffrey Epstein was not a financier but a construct created by someone.
Stephen Hawking’s name appears multiple times in the Epstein files. However, the late physicist has not been accused of any wrongdoing or of involvement in any crimes linked to Epstein.
