As Pittsburgh Pirates ace Paul Skenes ramps up his preparations for the 2026 season, his girlfriend Olivia Dunne is getting ready for his big screen moment.

The former LSU gymnast made headlines after the announcement of her recurring role of Grace in the latest Baywatch reboot. Dunne shared a picture of herself washing a car while wearing a red swimsuit from her shoot on Instagram.

In another Instagram story, Dunne shared a glimpse from the Baywatch set with a heartfelt message.

“These past few days filming have been magical. I am so excited,” Dunne wrote.

Dunne plays the role of a “highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard” in the reboot of the iconic series. She joins a cast that features Brooks Nader and Stephen Amell.

Stephen Amell plays the role of Hobie Buchannon, the son of David Hasselhoff’s iconic character, Mitch, from the original Baywatch series. Dunne will join other stars like Jessica Belkin, Hassie Harrisonand Thaddeus LaGrone in the series.

The new series, which is reportedly set for 12 episodes, is scheduled to premiere on Fox during the 2026-2027 TV season.

The former LSU star has been taking on new ventures since her retirement from gymnastics last year. Dunne told People that she was always “passionate” about acting but prioritized her LSU career.

“It’s something I’ve been passionate about for quite some time,” Dunne said. “I was interested in doing that at LSU, but sports are your top priority when you’re a student-athlete at school; school and sports, but really gymnastics was my main focus.”

Dunne previously appeared in a documentary series ‘The Money Game,’ which documented the effect of NIL (name, image, and likeness) on LSU’s student-athletes. Dunne became the highest-earning female college athlete during her time with LSU.
