“Who’s in the building today,” Breen added.
However, after the Knicks legend’s following comment, Breen hilariously called him a “gossip magazine.”
“So the rumor was true,” Frazier said.
Mike Breen responded: “We haven’t confirmed it…You’re getting like a gossip magazine here.”
This wasn’t the first time that the Knicks great had brought up the topic of love affair between Wendell Carter Jr and Angel Reese. Last month, Frazier had a similar conversation with Mike Breen while calling the Magic vs Knicks game. The NBA legend’s update on the Magic star’s romantic life drew a hilarious reaction from Breen.
“Wendell Carter getting kudos these days, Mike. He’s dating Angel Reese,” Frazier said.
“Keeping up on the romance in the NBA and WNBA?” Breen responded.
In his response, Frazier said that Google search on Carter Jr. was filled with his relationship with Reese.
Despite obvious signals from both parties, neither Reese nor Carter Jr has confirmed the relationship. Carter Jr was at the 2025 WNBA All-Star in Indianapolis to support the Chicago Sky star. Reese has also been at the Magic game on more than one occasion to support Carter.
Wendell Carter Jr finally addresses Angel Reese rumors
The rumors romantically linking Angel Reese and Wendell Carter Jr have picked up in the last few weeks. Although Reese hasn’t given a clear sign of her relationship with the Magic big man, her support has been unwavering.
Carter finally addressed the rumor and his relationship with Reese. On Nov. 17, on the “Run It Back” show, he told former NBA player Chandler Parsons that they were “locked in.”
“That’s the homie for sure,” Carter said. “We’re locked in. That’s the homie. Y’all going to find out when y’all need to find out. We’ll just leave it at that. That’s my girl, though. We locked in for sure.”
Reese is the most followed WNBA player on social media. The “WNBA-NBA love affair” could become a big attraction for fans in both leagues.
