The first trailer for Jonah Hill’s Outcome has arrived, showcasing a preview of the dark comedy that explores the price of fame. The trailer introduces Keanu Reeves as Reef Hawk, a troubled Hollywood star who has been sober for several years but suddenly faces a blackmail threat involving a mysterious video.

As his life begins to fall apart, Reef sets out to reconnect with people he hurt in the past while trying to uncover who is behind the extortion. Filmmaker Martin Scorsese also appears in a supporting role, alongside Laverne Cox and David Spade.

Jonah Hill’s Outcome features Keanu Reeves as a troubled Hollywood star

In Jonah Hill’s Outcome, Keanu Reeves plays a once-famous actor whose personal life begins to spiral as secrets from his past start catching up with him. The character is forced to face the consequences of his earlier choices while trying to repair damaged relationships and protect what remains of his reputation.

Over the years, Keanu Reeves has become one of Hollywood’s famed action stars. The Canadian actor is known for playing Neo in The Matrix film series and the skilled assassin in the John Wick films. Reeves also led popular movies like Speed, Constantine, and The Devil’s Advocate.

Cameron Diaz plays a key supporting role in Outcome, marking another major appearance after her return to acting. While details about her character remain limited, the trailer suggests she is closely connected to the troubled Hollywood world surrounding the main story.

Legendary Director Martin Scorsese is also appearing in the film as an agent for the young actors in Hollywood. During a press event for Outcome on February 2, Jonah Hill explained that the story reflects the way people live in the age of social media. He described the film as:

“a metaphor for what we all go through living on social media. Social media has made us obsessed what people we don’t know think of us, instead of caring about what the people who know us best think of us.”

The film first drew major attention in February when Apple TV+ released the first official images of the film. The preview stills quickly sparked discussion online, especially because they showed Jonah Hill with a completely different look, featuring a shaved head and a thick silver beard.

Scheduled to be released on April 10, 2026, the film’s development began in April 2023 when Apple TV+ acquired the rights. The screenplay was co-written by Hill and Ezra Woods. Hill also serves as a producer alongside Matt Dines and Ali Goodwin.
