Former WWE Champion confirms segment with Jelly Roll on his return night on SmackDown
Former WWE Champion The Miz has been doing phenomenal work on SmackDown, elevating younger talents with his incredible skills in and out of the ring. The A-Lister is undoubtedly a sure-shot future Hall of Famer and deserves a lot of respect in the industry.
This week’s episode of SmackDown is set to feature the incredible return of occasional WWE star Jelly Roll. The appearance was announced by Wade Barrett during last week’s episode of the blue brand and has garnered a lot of attention from fans since.
Thanks for the submission!
While fans were not certain about what Jelly Roll would do during his appearance on the blue brand, The Miz has now confirmed on X/Twitter that he will host a special edition of Miz TV with the music sensation as his guest this week on SmackDown. Considering the history both men share with each other, it could be a rather interesting segment for the fans.
“Tomorrow a Special Edition of Miz TV, my guest. JELLYROLL. Music superstar. Chart-topper. Sold-out arenas everywhere. But tomorrow he enters the one arena he’s never been in before… The Miz TV interview chair. SmackDown. Tomorrow. USA Network. It will be AWESOME @WWE,” The Miz wrote.
Jelly Roll is reportedly set for a WWE WrestleMania 42 appearance
Following his massive performance at SummerSlam 2025, where he teamed up with Randy Orton in a losing cause against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul, Jelly Roll’s upcoming appearance has been making quite the buzz in the IWC.
Following the announcement of his return by Wade Barrett on the blue brand, Fightful reported that the star could be making his presence felt at WrestleMania 42 as well. His appearance on SmackDown could feature the company sowing seeds for his potential appearance on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
Fans will have to wait and see what the company has in store for the music sensation ahead of WrestleMania 42.
