Gabbie Marshall and her long-time boyfriend, Spencer Touro, are engaged. The couple posted a picture of Touro on one knee and more with the caption,

“2-18-26 WE’RE ENGAGED!! 💍 So excited for this next chapter of our lives! And we’ve got a new friend to join us for the ride 🐶 Thank you so much to @the_jewelers_bench for creating the MOST beautiful ring, it is perfect!”, the Couple wrote on their Instagram pages.

Caitlin Clark and a host of Marshall’s former Iowa Hawkeyes teammates took to her Instagram comment section to congratulate her.

Caitlin Clark and Gabbie Marshall spent four years as teammates on the Iowa Hawkeyes. The duo thrived in the backcourt, helping the Hawkeyes reach consecutive National Championship games. They remain close friends and regularly hype each other on social media.

Martin, Feuerbach, Gustafson and Stuelke also thrived playing with Gabbie Marshall. The 2020–2024 Iowa Hawkeyes remain one of the program’s most stacked, with many players going on to play professionally.

Gabbie Marshall moved to Indiana in December 2025

Gabbie Marshall was a four-year starter during her time with the Iowa Hawkeyes. She formed a formidable backcourt duo with future Indiana Fever point guard Caitlin Clark. Marshall did not declare for the WNBA draft.

She pursued her master’s degree in Occupational therapy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In December, Marshall’s partner announced that he had accepted a job at ETS Performance as the director of operations in Indianapolis.

Marshall followed up his announcement by indicating that the couple will be moving to Indianapolis soon.
