AEW just finished producing one of the best pay-per-views in recent history last weekend, with Revolution 2026 receiving rave reviews. That said, it seems the focus has already shifted to the next PLE for the promotion.

From exciting matches and feel-good moments to shocking comebacks, Revolution 2026 delivered everything fans hoped for and more. The pay-per-view held at the iconic Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles last Sunday is already being called the Show of the Year. While Tony Khan deserves a lot of praise for the way he booked the event, much of the praise also goes to the quality of the headline match that night: The AEW World Championship Texas Deathmatch between MJF and Hangman Adam Page.

The Jacksonville-based promotion awarded the match winner and current World Champion, MJF, for his performance in the bout. The promotion recently revealed the poster for their upcoming major pay-per-view event, Dynasty 2026, featuring Salt of the Earth as the cover star. The event will take place at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on April 12, 2026. This also marks the promotion’s first-ever PPV in Vancouver and its third in Canada.

MJF shared a bold message after retaining the World Title at AEW Revolution

The Texas Deathmatch between MJF and Hangman Page at Revolution last weekend was one of the most brutal battles ever seen in the Jacksonville-based promotion. In the end, the Salt of the Earth defeated the Cowboy after choking him out with a steel chain. Shortly after the match, Friedman made some bold comments in a post on X reacting to his victory.

“GREATEST DOG COLLAR MATCH OF ALL TIME! GREATEST IRON MAN MATCH OF ALL TIME! GREATEST TEXAS D*ATH MATCH OF ALL TIME! AND STILL!” Max wrote on X.

It will be interesting to see who challenges MJF for the World Title at Dynasty next month.
