Fred Warner’s son, Beau, joined dad in offseason workout
Fred Warner is getting a head start to his training program for the 2026 NFL season. This offseason he has a workout partner as his 2-year-old son Beau, has joined him in the gym.
On Saturday, Sydney Warner posted a video on Instagram of their son walking into the gym as the 49ers linebacker got in some offseason training. Their son wore boxing gloves just like his dad and even attempted to pick up a medicine ball. In the caption, she shared that they were teaching their son about health and wellness at a young age.
In May, Warner signed a three-year contract extension worth $63 million. In a Week 6 loss to the Buccaneers, the linebacker suffered a season-ending dislocated and broken ankle. He attempted to get back on the field for the San Francisco 49ers playoff push but was unable to rehabilitate his injury in time.
In six games in 2025, he had 28 tackles, 51 combined tackles, three passes defended and two forced fumbles.
