My human wanted to shoot some portraits of me in a different spot than the bridge, where we’ve been the last few times. So we went out front for some photos.

It was late in the day so she used the sun a few different ways. She tried some contrasty portraits first.

Then she used the late afternoon sun as a back light for a softer look.

We also tried a few profiles.

And then of course you know what happened.

Usually he doesn’t come around during our photo sessions in the front yard. But since we came around from the back, he probably saw us then.

And if he does show up during our front yard sessions, he usually keeps his distance.

That didn’t stop my human from giving him a few treats. By then we were losing the light, so we went back inside.
