Once you approach the giant plant (Plant 43) in Resident Evil Requiem, it is recommended to keep as much distance as you can while moving constantly. Do not stand in one location and offer yourself up as dinner for the plant. Now, focus on shooting at the large bud in the center. Avoid the tendrils, which will keep thrashing at you periodically.

You will find crates of green herbs and some ammunition for use if you are running low. Additionally, you will notice that there is a large white truck just below it.
