Fly for Brainrots: A beginner’s guide
Fly for Brainrots is a new entry in the constantly expanding genre of brainrot simulators on Roblox. The title challenges players to collect brainrots of various rarities and put them in their base to make them earn money. Rarer brainrots provide more income, so the OG and Secret ones are prioritized by every collector. Moreover, events can apply mutations like Rainbow, Hacker, and Solar Wrath on random brainrots, which boost their earning rates.
Here’s how you can start zooming to different areas, collect brainrots, and create the best collection in Fly for Brainrots.
Beginner’s guide for Fly for Brainrots
Gameplay overview

At the beginning, every player has sufficient speed to fly to the Common zone and pick up brainrots. So, collect a few units, take them to your base, and step onto their respective green buttons to acquire their earned Cash. You can spend this money on brainrot upgrades as well as in the in-game shops.
There are three shops in Fly for Brainrots, and their uses are as follows:
- Sell Shop: You can sell your brainrots for Cash in this shop.
- Flight Speed Shop: This is the most important shop. Here, you can buy Flight Speed, which is required for reaching higher areas and Rebirths.
- Carry More shop: Use Cash to increase the number of brainrots you can carry at a time.
The Index tab on the left side of the screen shows all the brainrots that can be collected. At the moment, all characters are divided into the following tiers based on the ascending order of their rarities: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Brainrot God, Secret, Divine, and OG.
Controls
Here are the PC controls for the game:
- Movement – W, A, S, and D keys
- Jump – Spacebar
- Fly – Press the Jump button twice
- Steering – A and D keys
- Zoom in – I
- Zoom out – O
Brainrot collection and Areas

By flying, you can access the Areas that contain brainrots. Each Area is named based on the rarity of brainrots that spawn in that place; for instance, the Common Area has Common-rarity units. The OG Area is the furthest from the base.
After reaching an Area, you can pick up brainrots by holding the E key. Be attentive about the NPC Brainrots guarding the Area because they will turn hostile the moment you lift a brainrot.
Once a brainrot is picked, quickly head back to your base to make it a part of your collection. Increase your carry capacity to hold more characters.
Wings

Wings let you fly to different zones on the map. At the moment, there are 13 Wings in this simulator:
- Default Wings: x1 Speed and 30s Stamina
- Red Wings: x1.25 Speed and 40s Stamina
- Blue Wings: x1.5 Speed and 50s Stamina
- Gold Wings: x1.75 Speed and 60s Stamina
- Emerald Wings: x2 Speed and 70s Stamina
- Purple Wings: x2.25 Speed and 80s Stamina
- Frost Wings: x2.5 Speed and 90s Stamina
- Shadow Wings: x2.75 Speed and 100s Stamina
- Neon Pink Wings: x3 Speed and 110s Stamina
- Neon Cyan Wings: x3.5 Speed and 120s Stamina
- Prismatic Wings: x4 Speed and 140s Stamina
- Darkness Wings: x5 Speed and 200s Stamina
- Hacker Wings: x6.5 Speed and 230s Stamina
Equipping any pair of Wings makes a Stamina bar appear at the bottom of the screen. As you fly up, the Stamina decreases, and your speed falls drastically when it is fully empty.
Rebirths

Rebirths help you make quick resets during your gameplay. Currently, there are 20 levels in the Fly for Brainrots Rebirth system, each requiring a minimum amount of Flight Speed. You can buy the required speed with Cash and then hit the Rebirth button to receive a higher money multiplier.
Although a Rebirth lets you earn more money from your brainrots, it comes at the sacrifice of your Flight Speed. Moreover, as you keep rebirthing, the speed requirements keep increasing.
