Exotic Exports in GTA Online: Tips and tricks for beginners


Exotic Exports is a random event in GTA Online in which you are required to find a special vehicle parked somewhere, steal it, and deliver it to the docks for cash and RP. This is a freemode event that requires players to own an Auto Shop to activate it. Though most new players might not pay attention to Exotic Exports missions that appear as blue dots, they are great for beginners to make quick and easy cash.

However, it can be tricky to find these special cars to steal. Hence, here are a few ways to complete them efficiently.

Tips and tricks for Exotic Exports in GTA Online

Use fast air vehicles to find cars

One of the best ways to find Exotic Exports cars is by flying around the map with a handy and quick air vehicle. You can either use a helicopter, Deluxo, or an Opressor MK 1 or 2.

This is because the Exotic Exports vehicles can spawn in various locations on the map. Hence, finding them is a lot easier when flying around without any traffic or turns trying to slow you down. Once a blue dot appears, you can simply get off the flying vehicle and complete the mission.

In GTA Online, there will be many other random events that will appear as blue dots. The important thing to remember is that you should interact with every one of them, even if they are not about Exotic Exports. This is because, as long as there is a blue dot on the screen about any other random event, the chances of Exotic Exports car to spawn will drastically reduce.

You are not required to do the entire random event, but simply interact with the blue dot so that it goes away. Once that is done, you can leave the event and start roaming around the map to look for cars to steal and sell once again.

Scan the routes on which cars spawn

On the GTA Online Wiki page, there is a large picture of the map that shows every location of Exotic Exports vehicles. You can simply open the picture, study it, and create a route hitting all the areas where cars can spawn. Since blue dots appear when you approach the area, the route need not go exactly to each spot.

If you have a decent flying vehicle, you can easily scan through the map to trigger the random event and steal the car more efficiently.

Since Exotic Exports is a random event present in freemode, any player can participate in it. For example, you are stealing every Exotic Exports car in sequence, but one player takes the next car in the sequence. In that case, you will have to wait a while for the next car to spawn somewhere else. Additionally, there can be loads of griefers trying to destroy the car in public lobbies. Hence, it is best to do these random events in invite-only sessions.
