Meet Pip.
This small terrier mix was one of over 300 animals rescued from LA County property in violation of animal welfare laws.

The animals were living in their own filth and many need urgent medical care like Pip. The little fella arrived malnourished and unable to walk without pain due to overgrown toenails, irritated paws, and arthritis from not getting enough exercise.

He was carried out by rescuers and brought to a clinic to be groomed and examined. His white fur was stained with urine and feces, and he clearly has not been properly cared for.
