Crash on busy Cambridgeshire road leaves 3 people seriously injured

Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash. Cambridgeshire Police were called to a crash on the B1095 Ramsey Road, Pondersbridge at around 5.15pm on Saturday (March 28).
The crash involved three vehicles. Three people involved in the crash were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers arrested a 46-year-old man from Ely on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving. He has been released on bail to return to Milton police station on June 28.
A police spokesperson said: “We were called at 5.15pm [on March 28] to reports of a three-vehicle collision on the B1095 Ramsey Road, Pondersbridge. Three people were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
“A 46-year-old man from Ely was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving, he has since been released on bail to return to Milton police station on June 28.”
