Canada Soccer unveils World Cup uniforms
As the World Cup roster debate rages on, we now know what the final group of Canadian players will wear on the pitch.
Canada Soccer unveiled its kits for the 2026 FIFA World Cup on Monday, including both home and away uniforms.
“There’s a real pride in representing Canada. Our players understand the moment in front of us, including a World Cup at home and an entire country behind us. When we put this jersey on, it represents every place and every community that helped build The People’s Team. We take this responsibility seriously,” head coach Jesse Marsch said in a press release.
Both the red home jersey and the black away jersey feature the Canada Soccer patch on the left side of the chest next to the Nike logo on the right.
In the home jersey, a maple leaf silhouette is the central logo.
The away jersey features white splotches meant to represent cracked ice along with “a frozen maple leaf etched like a skate blade,” per Canada Soccer.

The World Cup — set to take place in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico — begins June 11, with Canada opening play the next day against a still-to-be-determined team at BMO Field in Toronto.
The Canadians will also meet Qatar on June 18 and Switzerland on June 24, with both games set for BC Place in Vancouver.
However, Canada will introduce its new jerseys as soon as March 28 and 31, when it faces Iceland and Tunisia in friendlies in Toronto.
Meanwhile, the U.S. also unveiled its World Cup look on Monday.
