West Midlands Police said officers were called to Summer Lane at 04:50 GMT on Saturday.
Two men in their 20s were taken to hospital with serious injuries but are in a stable condition, the force added.
Eight men and two women, aged between 19 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and wounding and remain in custody for questioning.
