A 40-year-old Toronto man has been arrested and charged days after an alleged sexual assault occurred inside Union Station.

And Toronto Police said the accused is facing probation and release order offences as well.

According to police, a male suspect was seen loitering inside the train station’s concourse level shortly before 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Cops allege the suspect walked directly towards the female victim and sexually assaulted her in the retail area of the transit hub. He then fled the area on foot.
On Friday, police said Neil George Cullum was arrested and charged with sexual assault, three counts of failing to comply with a probation order, and failing to comply with a release order.

Robbery suspect sprayed victims with noxious substance: Cops
A 40-year-old man is facing weapon and theft charges as well as numerous probation offences following a string of robberies in Toronto’s downtown core this month.
Toronto Police said officers responded April 10 at approximately 5:15 p.m. to a robbery call in the Bathurst and College Sts. area.

It was reported to police that a man entered a store and allegedly stole various items. As he left the store, he was accused of spraying a noxious substance in a victim’s face. He was last seen walking eastbound on College St.

The next day, cops said the same individual entered a store in the Spadina Ave. and Queen St. W. area at approximately 10:15 a.m.
It was reported that, yet again, he stole various items and sprayed a noxious substance in a victim’s face as he was leaving the business.
The suspect fled the area before officers arrived, police said.
On Friday, police said Daniel Campoux was identified, arrested and charged with assault with a weapon, three counts each of carrying a concealed weapon, weapons dangerous, robbery with an offensive weapon, administering noxious thing/intent to endanger life, possessing prohibited or restricted weapon or prohibited device knowing no authority, possessing a firearm while prohibited, and 18 counts of breach of probation.

Duo arrested in Oshawa drug investigation
A woman and a man are facing multiple charges following a drug bust at a home in Oshawa this week.
Durham Regional Police said investigators with its East Crime Team, along with assistance from the Drug Enforcement Unit, Tactical Support Unit, and Community Response Unit, executed a search warrant at an Oshawa residence on Thursday.
Police said a quantity of drugs, including fentanyl, valued at more than $50,000 was found and seized.
A woman and a man inside the residence were taken into custody without incident, police said.

Michelle Heather Robbins, 34, of Oshawa, is accused of cocaine trafficking, fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, possessing proceeds of property obtained by crime not exceeding $5,000, and failing to comply with an undertaking.

Austin James Ellis, 31, of Oshawa, is accused of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, and two counts of breaching probation.

Male suspect sought for Brampton sex assault
Police in Brampton are turning to the public for help identifying a male suspect following an alleged sexual assault on Thursday.
Peel Regional Police said the victim was walking on a trail in the area of Loafer’s Lake Park and Camden Park E. at approximately 3 p.m. when they were approached by an unknown male.
According to police, the suspect grabbed the victim “without provocation.” The victim sustained minor injuries, cops said.
The suspect is described as Black with a heavy build and a black beard, approximately 5-foot-9, and believed to be between 16 and 18 years of age. He was wearing a dark hoodie with a grey logo on the front and dark sweatpants.

Mississauga business shot at, cops seek to ID suspects
A Mississauga business was the target of a shooting earlier this month, police say, as investigators are asking the public for help identifying the suspects and locating a vehicle.
Peel Regional Police said officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Aimco Blvd. and Dixie Rd. on April 2 at approximately 9:25 p.m.
No physical injuries were reported, cops said.
Investigators believe two male suspects, both wearing all-dark clothing and black bandanas covering their faces, stepped outside a newer-model black Dodge Durango truck and fired multiple times toward a business before fleeing the area.
The suspect vehicle was last seen travelling westbound on Aimco Blvd., police said.

“While the incident is believed to be targeted and isolated, residents and business owners in the area are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police,” cops said in a statement.
Investigators said anyone who may have been in the area is asked to review dashcam or security footage during the relevant timeframe and report any sightings of the suspect vehicle.
