4 Minecraft Bedrock horror mods and addons worth checking out
1) Dwellers 2.1

Dwellers 2.1 is one of the most popular Minecraft Bedrock horror mods, and for good reason as well. The dweller-like entity has been popular ever since its original iteration was introduced in Java Edition. A dweller is an entity that stalks you in unique ways and then suddenly attacks you. The original dweller had a specific way of hunting, but over the years, modders have created many kinds of dwellers.
This particular addon became popular since it adds a bunch of unique dwellers like The Knocker, The Man from the Fog, Krampus, Shadow, Cavern, Unseen, All-Seeing One, and more.
It even adds other horror-esque features like blood moon and random jump scares through VFX and sounds. This Minecraft Bedrock horror mod can be purchased from the Marketplace for 990 minecoins.
2) Rise and Survive

If you are more into the traditional zombie apocalypse genre, you should check out the Rise and Survive addon. This is available for free on the CurseForge website, from which you can download its MCPack file and open it to directly import it into the game.
It is a progression-based mod in which zombies will look completely different and gradually get stronger. Their spawn rate will increase every in-game day, while their movement speed, strength, and abilities will increase after every eight days. On 100% difficulty, they will begin to chase you with all kinds of weapons and special effects. What’s worse is that they will no longer be affected by the sun.
This addon takes simple vanilla zombies and turns them into a much stronger force in the game. It is worth noting that this addon is currently compatible with the 1.21.130 game version only. Hence, you might want to downgrade Bedrock Edition for it.
3) Biological Infestation

Biological Infestation, as the name suggests, is a Minecraft Bedrock horror mod that adds loads of disturbing features to the game. When you enter a new world with this addon installed, you will not notice anything out of the ordinary immediately. Soon you will discover a new biome called Infested Grove, which will be a small patch of red blocks and dark brown fungi.
This biome will gradually spread across the land, infecting simpler entities like pigs and cows. The farm animals can be infected by a new creature called a genetic infiltrator. Once infected, their 3D models will deform in horrific ways, and they will instantly become hostile towards any other living entity, including you.
This mod is also available for free on CurseForge, but it only supports the 1.21.101 game version as of now.
4) Decayed Reality

Decayed Reality is one of the largest Minecraft Bedrock horror mods out there. First, it adds the popular Wither Storm boss mob that was first featured in Minecraft: Story Mode and was then turned into a mod for Java Edition.
Apart from the main Wither Storm boss mob, the addon also brings more than 60 new building blocks, multiple new resources to collect, music discs to find, armor to craft, and a new structure called Endertown to explore.
Entertown will be located at X: 0, Z: 0 coordinates, from where the Wither Storm can be summoned by placing a missing wither head.
