Stassi Schroeder labels former friend Amanda Batula a ‘pick-me’ over West Wilson romance: ‘She needs male attention’

Stassi Schroeder slammed “pick-me” Amanda Batula for her secret romance with her “Summer House” co-star West Wilson.
“Here’s the thing, OK. I was friends with Amanda. I haven’t seen her in a very long time, but like I’ve always had a good relationship with her,” Schroeder shared on her “Stassi with Tay” podcast Wednesday.
Although Schroeder admitted that the scandal felt “weird to talk about” because her and Batula “have been friendly for so many years,” she didn’t hesitate to say that the latter is “so wrong” in this situation.
“I can’t defend her. It’s indefensible and it’s disappointing,” Schroeder said. Though, she clarified that the scandal doesn’t “define [Batula] as a human being.”
Still, “it’s looking like she acts this way with men everywhere. It’s very pick-me,” Schroeder elaborated.
Schroeder, 37, claimed that Batula “hangs on dudes” even if the men in question are in a relationship.
“She needs male attention really badly. She needs validation and I think that is what led her to West.”
The “Vanderpump Rules” alum noted that “it does suck to see this all come down on Amanda,” and not on Wilson, but believes that “the bigger betrayal is the friendship,” referring to Ciara Miller who was Batula’s “Summer House” bestie and previously dated Wilson.
Schroeder called out Wilson for being a “loser” and said that Batula’s estranged husband, Kyle Cooke, “will be fine.” However, she said she’s the most concerned for Miller.
She also compared the situation to the infamous “Scandoval” and Season 2 of “Vanderpump Rules” when her then-best friend Kristen Doute slept with her then-on-again, off-again, boyfriend Jax Taylor.
Batula, 34, and Wilson, 31, confirmed their secret romance with a shocking joint statement on March 31 after weeks of speculation
Since then, several other Bravolebrities have weighed into the drama and the large consensus is “Team Ciara.”
On Friday, Batula responded to the heavy backlash she is receiving and apologized via her Instagram Story.
“I wanted to come back on and say that I’m truly sorry to everyone I’ve disappointed and hurt,” she penned.
While Batula did not name Miller specifically, she addressed the apology to “those I know personally who I’ve reached out to individually.”
The reality star continued, “For the sake of my mental health, I’m going to try to start living my life with some sense of normalcy. If you see me out or posting online, please know that this still weighs very heavily on me.”
“I’m not ignoring what’s happening or what’s unfolded,” Batula insisted before revealing she “will be at the reunion.”
Wilson has yet to speak out since the bombshell statement.
