The Brooks Bounty in Crimson Desert can be undertaken in the Delesyia region, and as such, you must first unlock this area by completing Chapter 11. Following that, explore the city to find a bounty poster for Brooks. You can find the notice for this pickpocket in various places, such as bounty boards, poles, walls, and more.

As mentioned above, Brooks can be found within the City of Delesia itself. He is located a little south of the Provisioner’s Shop at the location marked on the map above. Simply go past the arch and look in the surroundings to find an NPC with a red shirt and a grey hood. As soon as he spots you, he will begin to run away.

Simply chase after Brooks and grab him. Once that is done, punch him a few times to subdue him. Then call for your horse, pick the thief up, and head over to the Delesyian Guards to deliver Brooks. Once you submit the fugitive, this quest will automatically be completed, and you will receive seven silver coins as a reward.
