“The whole security team about to get fired” – Internet reacts to Kanye West’s fan climbing onto the SoFi stadium’s roof to see the rapper’s concert
A fan reportedly climbed up to SoFi Stadium’s roof to watch Kanye West’s concert on Friday, April 3. The show marked the second high-budget concert for the rapper in the United States in years.
After the April 3 concert, a fan (Instagram user: thepartyslife) took to the platform to share a video allegedly taken from the roof of SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The fan claimed they climbed up to the roof without being noticed and also included clips of Kanye West’s performance from that night.
It also included the view from the circular Infinity Screen, including the Los Angeles skyline and a bird’s-eye view of Ye on stage. Further, the user wrote they “saw the goat” while sharing a clip of the rapper, claimed he “got up there without being seen” and caught the “best view of the show.”
Fans took to X to react to the video shared on Instagram, with many raising concerns and questions about the security in SoFi stadium. One X user wrote:
“The whole security team about to get fired.”

Some other fans also shared their thoughts on the platform:
“High risk low reward. Got a worse view than the nose bleeds,” a fan wrote.
“This just shows me they need better security 🤷🏽,” another person opined.
“Guy exposed a massive security risk. Could’ve kept quiet and seen every show for free from the nose bleeds,” a user noted.
Fans continued to share their two cents on the fan’s video:
“So much for security…thankfully it was a fan. Could of been much worse,” a fan claimed.
“ts hella dangerous bro cus imagine the wrong person did this and had a malicious intent,” another X user added.
“Entire security team got fired,” another person joked.
The April 3 show at SoFi Stadium was Kanye West’s second show following the release of his latest studio album, BULLY. The first one took place on April 1 (Wednesday). The concert was sold out, while Ye surprised his fans with some special appearances from Travis Scott, CeeLo Green, and Lauryn Hill. Scott and Green have also featured in BULLY.
Kanye West’s SoFi Stadium concert features multiple special appearances, alongside his daughter North West

During Kanye West’s show at SoFi Stadium, the rapper surprised fans with multiple special collaborations. Moreover, West’s daughter, North, also joined her father to perform with him on stage.
North West, 12, is Ye’s eldest daughter with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, who has recently made her entry into the music world. She has also released a couple of hip-hop tracks, emulating the path of her father.
Apart from North, Kanye West was joined on stage with Travis Scott and CeeLo Green, both of whom featured on his latest studio album, BULLY. Scott collaborated with Ye for the track Father, while CeeLo Green featured on the eponymous title track of the album. Scott and Ye also featured together on the Father music video, directed by the rapper’s current wife, Bianca Censori. Travis Scott and CeeLo Green performed their respective tracks from BULLY during the concert.
Apart from his recent collaborators, Kanye West was also joined on stage by Lauryn Hill. The rapper performed Ye’s 2004 hit All Falls Down, which was inspired by her track, Mystery of Iniquity. She also lent her voice to Ye’s 2021 hit Believe What I Say, which had sampled Hill’s Doo Wop.
The performance marked Lauryn Hill’s first live performance with Ye. The singer also sang Lost Ones, Heartbeat, Crisis, and Praise Jah in the Moonlight. Her sons, Zion Marley and YG Marley, joined her for the last three tracks.
West’s BULLY is now available for streaming on all platforms.
