“The Real King of Miami” – Arman Tsarukyan seemingly disses Colby Covington for suing Jorge Masvidal for 2022 steakhouse incident

Arman Tsarukyan recently took to social media to seemingly take some shots at Colby Covington after he filed a lawsuit against Jorge Masvidal regarding their infamous altercation in 2022.

For context, Covington and Masvidal were booked for a fight at UFC 272 in March 2022. True to his outspoken and unfiltered persona, Covington took his trash-talking to another level during the buildup to their fight. ‘Chaos’ ultimately outpointed Masvidal over five rounds and won via unanimous decision.

The two men notably continued trading verbal shots online and in interviews, even after their fight concluded. A few weeks later, Covington was at the Papi Steak restaurant in Miami when a masked Masvidal allegedly snuck up on him and launched a physical assault in retaliation for some comments ‘Chaos’ made about his kids before their fight.

Earlier this week, it came to light that Covington has filed a civil lawsuit in a Miami-Dade County court against Masvidal in connection with the incident and is seeking over $100,000 in damages.

In a recent social media post, Tsarukyan posed with a Bugatti and labeled himself the “Real King of Miami” while dissing Covington’s legal actions, writing:

“The Real King of Miami. Don’t worry, I don’t sue when I get in a fight.”

Arman Tsarukyan calls out Colby Covington for RAF wrestling match

After Arman Tsarukyan outpointed Georgio Poullas in their wrestling rematch at AF 07 last weekend, the Georgian-born Armenian called out Colby Covington for a showdown on the wrestling mats.

In his post-fight interview with Chael Sonnen, ‘Ahalkalakets’ said:

“There’s one bullsh*t guy. He’s talked, he’s wrestled me in the gym, but I’ve never seen him in the gym. Colby Covington: Stop trash-talking. Let me beat your a**.”

Covington, who beat Dillon Danis in the co-main event of the same card, responded to Tsarukyan’s callout during the post-fight presser and said:

“Yeah, man. Let’s do it. I would love to dunk him, give him a wedgie, and stuff him in a locker. I love it. I think it’s a great storyline, a great angle. We used to train together at one point at American Top Team, so I think it’s a great matchup. The only one that has to sign off on it is UFC, so as long as UFC signs off on it, we can make it happen. But right now, they’re blocking it.” [H/t: MMA Junkie]
