The full undercard has now been confirmed for the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Rico Verhoeven event taking place next month.

Usyk defends his WBC heavyweight title in a controversial bout against kickboxing legend Verhoeven at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt on May 23.

The bout has received a mixed reception from fans, with some believing that Usyk should instead be facing the elite in the division such as mandatory challenger Agit Kabayel, while others feel the Ukrainian deserves a showcase fight after his continued success.

With the show just over seven weeks away, the rest of the bill has been revealed, with the co-main event seeing Hamzah Sheeraz and Alem Begic meet for the vacant WBO super middleweight title.

Sheeraz is back in action following his victory over Edgar Berlanga last July, and now attempts to claim world honours for the first time against unbeaten Begic.

Elsewhere, Jack Catterall faces Shakhram Giyasov for the WBA Regular welterweight title, with the winner poised to be ordered for a clash against full WBA champion Rolly Romero.

A fight that could have big implications for the heavyweight division sees Frank Sanchez take on Richard Torrez Jr, while another world title bout will also be part of the action, as Mizuki Hiruta defends her WBO super-flyweight title against Mai Soliman.

Rounding up the remaining fights on the bill, Basem Mamdouh fights Jamar Talley in a cruiserweight match-up, while emerging Egyptian talent will be in action as Mahmoud Mobark faces Michael Kalyalya and Omar Hikal takes on Ali Sserunkuma.
