How Cavaliers can clinch playoff berth on Thursday
The Cavaliers would join the Detroit Pistons, Boston Celtics and New York Knicks among teams to secure their spots in the Eastern Conference.
In the West, the Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs, Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets have already sewed up playoff berths.
Meanwhile, 10 teams across the NBA — including five in each conference — have been eliminated from post-season contention.
The NBA post-season begins with the play-in tournament April 14-17 before the playoffs start April 18.
