Police in Manitoba are searching for a 13-year-old girl who may be dozens of kilometres away from her home in a small community near the western shore of Lake Manitoba.
Cleora Roulette, 13, was last seen at her home in Langruth, Man. — about 120 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg — at 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Amaranth RCMP said in a news release that night.
Police said Roulette may be in Portage la Prairie, which is about 50 kilometres from her home, or Ebb and Flow First Nation, located about 75 kilometres from her home.
Roulette is described as four feet 10 inches tall, with a slim build, straight brown hair and brown eyes, according to the release. Police say she has braces and wears false eyelashes. It’s unknown what she was wearing when she went missing, police said.
Anyone with information on Roulette’s whereabouts is encouraged to call Amaranth RCMP at 204-843-2691. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or www.manitobacrimestoppers.com.
