The Today host and her kin issued another appeal for information on the weeks-long disappearance of their mother Nancy, asking residents of Tucson, Ariz., to check everything from “camera footage, journal notes, text messages, observations or conversations that in retrospect may hold significance” to the case.

The post on Instagram said “no detail is too small” to pass along.
“We consider to believe it is Tucsonans, and the greater Southern Arizona community, that hold the key to finding resolution in this case,” said the statement attributed to the Guthrie family, adding they were “deeply grateful” for the support they’ve received from the community. “Someone knows something. It’s possible a member of this community has information that they do not even realize is significant.

“We hope people search their memories, especially around the key timelines of Jan. 31 and the early morning hours of Feb. 1, as well as the late evening of Jan. 11.”

Earlier report suggested arrest may be imminent
Nancy was last seen on Jan. 31 and was reported missing on Feb. 1 with authorities suspecting that the 84-year-old was kidnapped, abducted or taken against her will by another means.
The FBI also released footage of a masked man who was recorded at Nancy’s front door on the night she vanished and there was speculation earlier this month that an arrest may be imminent.
The disappearance, meanwhile, prompted the Guthrie family to offer a $1-million reward for information that helped them bring their mother home.

Family focused on ‘bringing her home’
The statement on Sunday seemed to suggest that the family is prepared for the possibility that Nancy is no longer alive, adding they “cannot be in peace until she is home.
“We cannot grieve; we can only ache and wonder,” the statement said. “Our focus is solely on finding her and bringing her home.
“We want to celebrate her beautiful and courageous life, but we cannot do that until she is brought to a final place of rest.”
The statement came about two weeks after Guthrie, who has co-hosted Today since 2012, visited her show’s NBC studio in New York City for the first time, saying she plans to return to the air at some point but that she “remains focused right now supporting her family and working to help bring Nancy home.”
