Cops are investigating a reported overnight shooting in Toronto.

Toronto Police said officers responded at 2:07 p.m. to reports of a shooting in the Glen Cedar and Strathearn Rds. area and confirmed evidence of gunfire at the scene.

No injuries have been reported.
Investigators said the suspect vehicle is described as a light-coloured SUV.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call police at 416-808-1300.

5 charged in Cambridge robbery
Waterloo Regional Police charged five suspects following a robbery in Cambridge over the weekend.
Police received a report on Saturday around 7 p.m. of a disturbance in the Acorn Way-Bowie Dr. area.
Cops alleged that a group of suspects assaulted the victim and sprayed them with bear spray, then stole the victim’s personal belongings before fleeing the area.

The victim suffered minor injuries.
Officers responded and arrested four of the suspects on Glamis Rd. near Macatee Place. A fifth suspect jumped a nearby fence while attempting to flee from officers and was arrested after a brief foot pursuit.
Four Cambridge youths, including two 14-year-olds, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old, were charged with carrying concealed weapon, assault with a weapon, robbery, disguise with intent, possession counterfeit money, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and administer noxious thing with intent to aggrieve or annoy.
They can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
An 18-year-old Brantford man was also charged with robbery, assault with weapon, carrying concealed weapon, and disguise with intent.
Police said the involved individuals are known to each other and it is believed to have been a targeted incident.
