Mojang will soon be hosting the first Minecraft Live 2026 event. Every year, the developers host two live events to reveal major upcoming updates for their sandbox and other titles. As usual, they announced this year’s live event at the start of the month and have been building hype ever since.

Event date and timings for different regions
In the live event’s official trailer, Mojang revealed that Minecraft Live 2026 will take place on March 21, 2026, at 7 pm CEST or 1 pm EDT. At the time of writing this, there is slightly more than a day to go for the event.

Where to watch the live event?
Mojang has been streaming live events on Minecraft’s official YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok accounts for a number of years now. The year’s live event will be streamed on these platforms at the time mentioned above, so fans can open one of them, search for Minecraft’s official accounts, and watch it. They can also view the stream on the official Minecraft website.
Hints and teasers of Minecraft Live dropped by Mojang
For building even more hype, Minecraft’s social media accounts have been sharing loads of videos and pictures, hinting towards what fans can expect at the Minecraft Live 2026 event.
On Instagram, Mojang posted a picture of a cobblestone, oak plank, and an ice block being served in a restaurant cloche, hinting that a new feature for the upcoming game drop could feature a unique edible item.
On X, the developers posted pictures of both magma cube and slime, hinting that a new type of cube mob can be featured.
Fans simply need to be patient for everything to be released at Minecraft Live 2026.
