Avalanche’s Nathan MacKinnon ejected after colliding with Oilers’ Connor Ingram

The Colorado Avalanche will be without the reigning Hart Trophy winner for the remainder of Tuesday’s game.

Nathan MacKinnon received a five-minute major penalty and game misconduct after colliding with Edmonton Oilers goaltender Connor Ingram.
