A Charlton Athletic fan has died after a medical emergency at their ground, the football club have said.
The club postponed their match against Portsmouth at The Valley on Saturday afternoon.
They added in a statement: “Everyone at the club sends their heartfelt condolences to the supporter’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.”
