- Date: The FA Cup third-round draw is set to occur on Monday, December 8, 2025. Traditionally, the draw, which will include Manchester United and Manchester City, takes place prior to the televised second round match (Brackley Town vs Burton Albion), which is due to kick off at 7.30pm.
- Time: The draw is expected to start around 6.45pm GMT. It usually commences around 7pm or just before the start of the televised match, typically scheduled for 7.45pm or 8pm.
- TV Channel (UK): The draw will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1. This broadcaster holds the rights to air the draw in conjunction with their coverage of the final second round match.
- Streaming (UK): The draw can be streamed online via Discovery+. It’s also typically available through free live streams on the official FA Cup social media and YouTube channels.
- When are third-round games played: The third round of the world’s oldest cup competition is slated for the weekend of January 10, 2026. Matches are expected to take place from Thursday to Monday to accommodate TV scheduling. All 20 Premier League and 24 Championship clubs will enter the draw. Additionally, at least two sixth-tier teams will join the 44 teams in the hat, following the second-round draw.
