Wuthering Waves Lynae combat and other animations leaked

Lynae’s combat animation in Wuthering Waves was recently leaked, following the version 3.0 closed beta launch. This 5-star Resonator was confirmed to debut in the Lahai-Roi update via the latest drip marketing campaign. Since then, Kuro Games has showcased various content from the next patch, including the gameplay elements and new movement mechanics.

However, the preview shared by Sleep, a credible leak source, highlights the Resonator’s abilities and their interactions. This article will take a closer look at Lynae’s combat animation from the ongoing WuWa closed beta.

Note: This article is based on leaks from the test servers that are subject to change with the final release. Therefore, readers are advised to take the information herein with a grain of salt.

Lynae’s combat and other animations in Wuthering Waves, according to leaks

The latest Wuthering Waves patch has confirmed that Rover’s next destination is Lahai-Roi, where they will meet new characters like Lynae and Mornye. The latest drip marketing campaign further teased both of them and disclosed that the former is a Preparatory Program student at Startorch Academy. She is a free-spirited character that will join the Spectro roster wielding Pistols.

Based on the preview shared by Sleep, her projectile has unique interactions; instead of shooting bullets, it sends out colorful projectiles that often follow a zig-zag path. Perhaps the developers want to highlight how the Resonator employs spray cans to fend off foes during combat. For a free-spirited character, her gameplay appears rather straightforward.

However, players will still have fun playing Lynae as she moves around freely with her roller skates. Lynae uses her Resonance Skill to spray a bunch of paint on the enemy, dealing Spectro damage. Upon using the skill with maximum forte stacks, she enters a special state to become highly agile.

Lynae can circle around the target shooting the colorful projectiles before launching a flying kick. Doing so ends her special stance. As for her Ultimate, she summons graffiti that explodes near the opponent, inflicting massive Spectro DMG.

Lynae’s idle animation

Wuthering Waves’ Lynae has three idle animations like every Resonator. In the first one, she sprays a graffiti of her motorcycle on the screen. During the second animation, she shoots at a shining orb above her head. In the final preview, Lynae summons holograms before shooting them.
