Some restaurant owners in P.E.I. are dealing with the rising cost of food and a shortage of cooks, but this province isn’t alone in facing those issues. As CBC’s Sheehan Desjardins found out from Restaurants Canada’s Janick Cormier, nearly half of food-service operators across the country expect lower profits this year.
