Over 100 students and 21 Special Olympics athletes competed together in various sports at an event at Wilfrid Laurier University on Saturday. Motionball Marathon of Sport is hosted at over 30 universities across Canada. It’s the biggest event of the year for motionball, a not-for-profit organization which supports Special Olympics athletes. This year, Laurier raised over $20,000 through the event.
