It’s been four years since the Russian invasion brought hundreds of Ukrainians to Prince Edward Island, and some are still making their way through the immigration process towards permanent residency. They hope to return to Ukraine to visit when the war ends, but say Canada is now their home. CBC’s Nancy Russell has their story.
